This should be a zero star. This is the worst meal I have had from ordering from you guys in awhile. Pay for extra sauce do not get it. All of the fries are undercooked. The chicken is soggy and inedible. The cheese bits are hard as a rock. And not to mention a complete meal and drink was missing. Waiting on it to be delivered. The only thing so far we could eat is the slaw and the 4 shrimp. So this was a really expensive meal of slaw and 4 shrimp. ? Zaxbys should be ashamed. Please check the orders before delivering them. This was like the food was cooked a few hours ago. The meal that was missing and delivered was hot and fresh.

Last 3 attempted orders were all cancelled well after they were supposed to be delivered. Sucks waiting 40-60 mins to get your order cancelled and then gotta wait 3-5 days for your money back. Could at least waive delivery fees for the next order…

So we order Papa Murphy's and the computer is down. Get there, no pizza ready even tho grubsouth said 15 minutes and it was over a half hour. I thought I was ordering thru Papa Murphy's website. I was ordering pickup. They trick people into ordering through them and it's more expensive too. Papa Murphy's made the pizza when my husband got there and told him that it happens all the time and they can't stop it.

Super fast. Super courteous. Order was 110% accurate. Ordered a pizza from Big Ed's. Forgot to request parmesan cheese and crushed red pepper but my driver anticipated my needs and brought them anyway. Glad to give my business to a locally owned company. Keep up the good work and thank you!

Sam was awesome handling our food to keep it contact less and he was extremely polite..thank you. The food was hot and is absolutely the best 🙂 He did practice safe distancing .Thank you so much

Confirmed order days in advance then got notification morning of that it was canceled because the restaurant was sold out. So they obviously didn't place the order ahead and there's no time to make alternate arrangements. I should have read all the other recent reviews and stuck with a larger or more reputable service

I will no longer be using Grubsouth services. Every time I order there is a problem with the order, and this time was no different. They called to inform me my delivery would be 30 minutes later than the time designated. People have lunch hours and have to eat in that time frame. Loyal DoorDash supporter from here on out.

Poor service and communication, at least in Huntsville, AL. Made a pizza order that was estimated to be delivered in 45 minutes. After 1.5 hours passed without receiving a delivery, we called to check on the status, and we were told that Grubsouth had just sent the order to the restaurant - it took them 1.5 hours just to send in the order. Everyone in my house is frustrated and hungry, and it is looking like it is ultimately going to take ~2.5 hours to receive an order that was estimated to take 45 minutes.
