This company does not treat employees with any dignity or respect.I worked for this temp service at caterpillar in montgomery illinois. I was a material handler and drove a forklift. My suppervisor arturo tellez threatened to fire me three times my first week while undergoing training still. After i was threatened with termination once a week. All my coworkers were hispanic except myself and one other employee. Me an this employee were excluded from private spanish only meetings. I was constantly threatened with termination for things i didnt do and when i found things done i didnt do that i knew i would get in trouble for i reported them and was still given verbal repremands. After constantly being treated different by my hispanic supervisor than the other spanish speaking employees i reported my supervisor for harrassment and discrimination. Arturo tellez found out and immediatly called security and told them i threatened him with violence and made racist remarks. None of which was true. Because of this i was wrongfully terminated with 0 notice. Dont work at group o if you have any self respect.
