If I could rate this company I would rate it a negative number. Never in my life have I been more disgusted with the customer service and general lack of concern for their customers as I have had dealing with greyhound. If you have another option go elsewhere. I bought a bus ticket for my brother in west virginia who lost his job and home and has been homeless for a month. He went to the bus station got on the bus where they dropped at the connecting bus. He went to get on the next bus and they refused to let him on because he smelled like alcohol. He begged them to call the authorities and have him tested as he doesn't drink. The driver went into the terminal came back out got in the bus and left and they locked the terminal doors. This is at 1am in Nov. So quite cold. I called them they said they would issue another ticket no problem but That he needed to find a way to shower before they will let him on the bus. He spent all of thanksgiving trying to print out this new ticket they never even sent. When I called back they basically said oh well there's nothing they can do. I complained for literally 4 hours after being hung up on 3 times. Finally they said they will give me my money back in 7-14 business days. Guess what? Its december 28 now and still haven't gotten my money back. There's no one to talk to at this company because no one cares. Not only is my brother still homeless in another state but ended up in the hospital with bronchitis thanks to their neglegance.

It isn't a Bus stop anymore it's a used junk store now / Bus stop. It's dirty it stink's and cluttered with junk everywhere. You can't move in there it's so disgusting. This place is in a very bad area of town . I do not recommend this place to anyone for any reason.
