this place is a gem. 5 stars up and down. great products and they have it ALL. delivery persons are professional, communicative, and polite. above and beyond. I've used them 4 times now, all have been great experiences.

Slow means your customer base and how fast you go through product, you bud tenders work to fast apparently, because they mess my order up all the time. Also, stop lying!!!
yes there was product sold over a year old. Now you’re calling me a lier? What kind of business operates like this? Sad…. And for the “low blow” that just “reality” and yes, it can hurt but what you choose to do with it is your burden, not mine. Maybe some of them will come to work looking more professional and appropriate, or maybe you’ll just defend them and refuse to look critically on the companies image. You do you 🤷🏼‍♂️

This place is always slow. And they seem to order way to much product as I have seen things sold here OVER A YEAR OLD. Which is just not cool and reflects on the management of this facility. In addition they are getting very expensive compared to others in socal, so the quality is going down and the price is going up? What kind of business model is that?

On top of that. Even with the slowness they are allowed to operate due to lack of customers, they STILL MESS UP MY ORDER almost every damn time!!!

They have shorted me 1/8ths, they have given me the sativa when I ordered indica, they have given me flower so old it crumbles as soon as fresh air hits it.

Maybe the girls need less time doing their photo shoots as if they also run an escort service out of this building or something… and focus on their actual job, packing bags into a bigger bag… if they can’t even handle that as a profession… they better hope this place gets some more clients and FAST.

You call to talk about this and they give every excuse in the book. “We don’t pack it” “we don’t control how long it’s in the shelf”… yes you do!! You have bud over a year old that you discounted $5….. maybe run it like a business and discount old bad product until it sells, before it’s the garbage you serve today!

I have been a loyal customer 4 yrs. products always fresh and staff kind and informative. I feel its more of a boutique than weed store very upscale with products. Hint try the bath bombs your body will love it

Love this place, been a customer for years. Great sales on the daily, helpful staff, kind delivery drivers. The loyalty points are a nice bonus, as are the various coupons. The one time I was missing an item it was quickly sent out for delivery the next day. All around my favorite shop.

Very nice staff and they seem to have a good selection, just can’t understand why all of their concentrate isn’t refrigerated. Looked at a sample they had out and it was brown clearly from being out at room temperature for too long. Ruining their own product.

I've been using Greenstone for awhile now. They have great prices and selection. If they happen to be out of an ordered product, they call promptly to offer alternatives. The fact that they deliver to Bakersfield is also a big plus for me. The delivery drivers are all 1st rate. I've been to several out of area shops recently, all nice, but Greenstone beats them all.
