Great place, the pizza sauce is a little more on the sweeter side, so depending on how you like the sauce. Also I'm a little picky when it comes to tomato sauce, I dislike tomato skins on the sauce and this place does a good job with not having any or very little. If you order online it gives you options for how you want your pizza done. Overall I say give it a try and more than likely you'll end up going again

Food was great, I got a personal thin crust pizza, wings and mozzarella sticks for just 25.25 and that’s with me adding 3 toppings to the pizza. Extremely affordable. Will definitely order from there again.

Place an order for pizza puff and 6pc wings yesterday.
I was told it would be 45mints. I gave them the full hour before I came to pick up my order. I payed for my order and was told it would be a few minutes. I waited 20mints before I asked again how long it would be they said 5mint after another 10mints of waiting I asked for a refund. I ordered from them 2 weeks ago and they also messed my order gave me the wrong pizza. They messed up twice I’ll never come back to this place again.

Big delicious calzones with good sauce, good cheese, good meat (pause) and plenty of other options to choose from at decent prices. The chili cheese fries are incredible. Definitely recommend Grassano’s it’s five stars just order ahead because sometimes they get busy.

I just ordered from them on Saturday and I ordered a aloha pizza and when I got pizza from delivery driver he didn't wanna deliver it to me cause it had pineapple on pizza and he said that a sin on pizza. It's my God damn pizza just deliver the pizza and be quiet I don't need ur comments. Wasn't happy with delivery driver.

Pizza Puff and Pizza is a must-try, but the service can be painfully slow at times, and they often mix up orders despite recent renovations aimed at improving the kitchen and making it take-out only. I've lived in Oak Lawn since 2006, and my most recent visit was frustrating. I placed a small order, gave my name and number, received a receipt, and left to run some errands. When I returned, they couldn't find my order with just my name and number; they insisted on seeing the receipt. I had to go back home to retrieve it, even though I've been using the same details for the last 14 years. At that point, cooking at home would have been quicker. Strangely, the receipt was the key to locating my order.
