Was given assignment to pick up insulation from Bremen Indiana. Stated it was a tarp load. At arrival to shipper they asked if i had 8 foot drop tarps. My answer was no mine are 6 foot drop. They stated the customer is lowes and could refuse the load. I called my dispatch who reached out to this broker company. Who responded with I've had trucks with the 6 foot drops haul from this location to lowes with no issue. Just load the driver and ship it. So that's what was done. We were informed of a delivery date of 4/4/25. I arrived by 830am. At the guard gate I was informed that my delivery had been set for 4/5/25 at 645am. Several attempts have been made to reach the broker but in turn we get messages stating they are out of the office and to use email to contact. So far all these things have been done with no response.

We are a carrier for this company and do alot of work with Grane Transportation..
The broker is outstanding with matching up loads that fit with our lanes of travel. He is very tentative and available if we need help or have an issue. My drivers love loading at their facility, as they are always in and out in under the 2 hour standard loading time. Typically 1 to 1.5 hours loading. That is priceless in this business, as time is money! My broker is Aaron Shellberg and I suggest that you ask for him if searching for a new customer to haul for. Rates are standard with the industry & some are above current industry standards. They get 5 stars every time!

Friday del appointment at 7pm. Dropped trailer, had no issues. Picked trailer up monday 7am. My company is out of Chicago so them allowing me to just drop trailer worked perfectly for me.

Took 2 loads from GA 02/05/2025 - delivery was delayed/rescheduled and they gave us appointment only for 02/10/2025. They promised all layovers and after we delivered - THEY ARE NOT PAYING ANYTHING and its impossible to reach them!!

Avoid them!!!!!!!!!!!! We booked the load with Colin Harris, for updates we have added Camisha Edwards and Djordje Stojkovic. The load was picked up Monday 2/17 and delivery was set for the same day. Load got shifted in transit so we were waiting till the next day to hear from the broker what to do. They asked me to go to the receiver and drop the TRL, which we did on tuesday 2/18. Since that time I have had no answer from anyone. We don't know if my trl is ready, when I can pick up the trl. They started ignoring us since trl was dropped and when i asked them for recompensating

Real fast unloading
Be on time and not to early they might turn you around
I was lucky they let me in 12pm for appointment of 2pm and they start unloading at 1pm
Now I had the address from broker and shipping as 1011 and name of company as xdock but in reality was address 1001 company GRANE tranportation and of course no overnight parking
Is hard to find the right place just go under the bridge and you will see it is huge sign as GRANE 1001 same street name

HORRIBLE company, stay away, you do a load they do not verify, multiple phone calls made and emails sent they either hang up, voice mail is full, do not reply to emails. They are RUDE and disrespectful. They DO NOT PAY!!!
