Yep, I've actually overheard two workers talking while putting out housewares... one said to the other ... quote... You know how much I'm getting for this? Putting this in the back...and taking something dark under their arm back behind the employee double doors. Sounds like the employees here are enjoying a side hustle of extra income off the books. Must be nice having zero moral compass and profiting off the giving of regular people. Maybe we should demand Goodwill change its name to Will Steal Good Stuff so it's more accurate. Came on here to see if others were seeing the roach problem at the back of the store but instead, I read the managers and staff are crooks. Way worse issue than the roaches. So there's my two cents.

I was stranded with a dead phone and with nothing else to think of I went to Goodwill. The staff and manager were so extremely understanding and allowed me to charge my phone there. I can't express how much this meant to me at the moment. I did not buy anything from the store yet they provided kindness. I will never forget this store. THANK YOU!

I was killing time while waiting for someone. So after getting a coffee at Mc Donald's headed to Goodwill which is in the same mini shopping center. They have really nice furniture at really reasonably priced.I bought this cathedral picture for 7 bucks. Great deal.. Will look awesome above my desk..

Three things. the aisles are further apart than any other store I've seen so two people with their baskets can easily do social distancing. Second it's very tidy and organized. And thirdly, every time I go I find a bargain. Never fails... so if anybody needs a saris bike rack look me up.

It’s so easy to spend hours at this huge store! They use the space well too. Everything is very well organized and clean. The prices are fair.

If you can avoid donating here, please do so. Horrible pricing. People that donate think they are helping other but the manager is set out to make max profit. Jordan's that are literally peeling apart are priced at $50. Broken electronics and vacuum at $30plus. The manager is ridiculous but she had the nerve to blame the people pricing the items for the prices being high but she's the one that tells them to so so. Please avoid going here

The cashiers are nice and friendly. But the Manager has told the people that do the pricing to hike the prices up. Basically charge the same amount as ebay or even higher. Goodwill literally gets everything for FREE but have the nerve to hike the prices up on almost everything. This location is horrible.

Ive known of staff lifting fancy donations for themselves at this store for years. They dont even hide it.

A couple years ago, I was behind a woman in line who was getting rung up by a tall happy cashier guy who was raving about the 300 hundred dollar worthy designer jacket he found there and hid in the back of the store to take home when he was done working. He said he was excited to look sharp for a night party he was going to that weekend. Designed by some big rapper and was worth a pretty penny. He said if staff sees something nice, they hide it away to pick up off shift.

I've also seen the managers stack things near the entrance when closing down the store and getting customers out at night telling staff to watch their stuff.

Shameless and greedy. Goodwill may have rules against staff buying at the store they work at. But they sure dont care enough to enforce them or protect the publics generosity from being regularly stolen.

Good to see people on here are being upfront to whats been going on for a long time.
