This great clearance Goodwill store offers bargains on pre-owned and new clothes and shoes for men, women, children, babies, and children. Today's bargain ticket is green, with 50% all green tickets items. The clothes and shoes are organized in wide, clear aisles, which are wheel chair accessible. To test electric appliances, a table dedicated to testing items is available, important due to the no return policy. The furniture selection is a bit low now but that is probably seasonal. The abundance of holiday decor, shirts, and pajamas permeates the store.
Great prices. Today I found Loft, Tommy Hilfiger, Ann Taylor, Dri-Fit Nike Golf, Forever 21, Jennifer Lopez, Chico's, J.Crew, and more.
The drive thru or walk up donation window accepts items in good repair.

Clean and large store, I have been in Tennessee and Mississippi the last 4 years and the goodwill stores there are not so nice. I saw lots of good deals and much variety. The clothes were vast and on good condition. I found many audio choices, from movies, records and cds. I also found a couple books 📚 and ended up with a pair of jeans 👖. I look forward to exploring some more stores in the area.

Review of Goodwill in Clearwater, FL

I’m from Davenport, FL, and every time I visit Clearwater, I make it a point to stop at this Goodwill. I’ve always had great experiences and received good customer service. However, today was different. I had the worst experience with the cashier named Laurie.

From the moment I asked a question, she treated me poorly, like I was uninformed, possibly because my English isn’t perfect. When I asked for the price of a bag, she became aggravated, responded that it was $9.98, and then threw the bag to the side. Later, she charged me $12 for it, and when I tried to clarify, she ignored me.

At one point, she even asked me to pick up a hanger that was already on the floor before I even approached the register. Throughout the entire transaction, she seemed visibly irritated, and it felt like she was treating me differently because I’m Hispanic. To top it all off, as my wife and I were leaving, she shouted “Gracias” in a way that felt mocking and racist.

I spent $130 today, and I usually spend even more during my visits. This experience left a very bad impression, and I felt disrespected and uncomfortable.

I was charged twice on my CC and told that I had to come back (1 1/2 hours away) to the store to be reimbursed. It is not my fault you have incompetent employees!!!

A little well organized compare to other locations. There are selections of items, not a typical Goodwill with used stuff, a lot of electronics are garbage or not functional, as well as kitchen stuff. Clothings are ok. Staff are great, everybody is focus on what their doing... Retail store is not as good way back 3 years ago.

The manager “Vivian” treats her staff horribly with an attitude. I’ve been at this location several times and have seen how badly she treats her employees, really sad.

I’m a regular thrifter and been to many goodwills. I have never encountered something like this. Such a disappointment of retail bait and switch!!! I go in today to purchase something I’ve been waiting for it to be discounted for red tag day and new tags were put on multiple items!! Talked to the manager and she said they change prices if dated old. We checked together and the dates were only 3 days apart from the new tag. She said she didn’t have a answer. This has happened many times there. Finally called them out on this!!
