Excellent service. Harold was great with communication every step of the way. They we not cheaper than the brokers but the price i quoted was the price I paid. no BS, no drama and you deal with the person who's actually handling your vehicle. Would not hesitate to use them again.

Highly recommend Harold for your cross country auto shipping needs. This is my first time using any kind of auto transport service, Harold made is very straightforward and easy for me. 0 hidden fees, 0 bs. You get direct point to point contact with him and he will give you daily updates of your vehicle. If you don’t want to deal with auto transport brokers that gives you a lowball price then Harold is the guy for you. Highly recommended.

Tell your drivers to not drive like freaking idiots during pouring rain. One of your drivers was swerving in and out of traffic in an 18 wheeler going over 75 miles an hour while it’s down pouring rain honking their horn at a sedan.

I am late to posting this review but that should tell you how remarkable his company is because 6 months later and I'm still thinking about the great service GKE provided! They (Harold & Holly and lets not forget, Teddie!) were flexible, friendly and gracious.

If you are military and electing to ship a vehicle, save yourself the time and headache and just call Harold! Do not deal with the brokers. We recommend GKE to all our co-workers and will use them in the future should the need ever arise.

I came in to contact with Harold at Golden Key Express through Mercury Auto Transport. Having never shipped a vehicle, I had no idea how to go about shipping a car. Golden Key Express was my assigned carrier and Harold was my driver. Harold maintained communication, picked up and delivered my vehicle on time, and worked with us to accommodate schedules. Highly recommend Harold for transport of your vehicle. We needed my son's car picked up with not much notice in Texas he is in the Air Force and was getting stationed somewhere else. Talked with Holly on Wednesday and by Saturday Harold picked the car up. Communication was fantastic with Harold and the car arrived back to us in New York the following Sunday . If you want a stress free company to deal with definitely this is the way to go. We will be using Golden Key Express again ! Thank you again for all your help with my son's car.
