They have been prompt and picked up the box as directed. My family just received the first box we sent and it got there in two months. Here’s hoping the second box will be there in the same timeframe. They did a good job.

I have shipped boxes before and the arrived at the ETA I was given. My issue is I came back to ship more boxes, and this happened with the first shipment as well. I drove from Cincinnati to Chicago to drop off the boxes 📦 and no one here to receive them, it says on line there open but no one here and you can’t get anyone on the phone. This is so ridiculous because just like the other shipment I had to drive home and come back on another day so that 4 1/2 to 5 hours drive each way . Here it is on Friday march 22nd 2024 and I’ll have to drive home and come back that’s why this is so ridiculous .

If i have to rate this company a zero I would! Because I have a reason why! Until now 4 months later I still hasn't recieve my other 4 packages it is very disappointing 😔. Me and my husband's hard earned money is probably going to waste. They delivered my 1 box but the other 4 haven't they can't even give me and exact date on when are they going to deliver it. They just kept on promising. I will not going to trust this forwarding company again. I hope to God they are not stolen

they started out as a reliable company but have lapsed into slothfulness and mediocrity. i had a box picked up in late september 2022 and it still hasn't reached its destination. they were supposed to pick up another box at my home for the past 3 weeks but they keep calling to delay the pickup without any reason. forget these goldbrickers and try another company, though most of the others aren't very good either, unfortunately!

There's no more reliable and truthful among these cargo forwarders here in the Mid-West. It's either your box will be delayed, nor, it will get lost and opened to its final destination. So bad that there is no way for a loving customer to "track" and received report of their "Balikbayan" box.

Very friendly and helpful service. We saved $25 by dropping our boxes off in person. Unlike other services, they ship weekly. We have used 2 other shippers and UMAC has always arrived in the Philippines the quickest. Excellent company.

I've been sending boxes through UMAC now Golden EZ for over 5 years and I never had any problem. Last year alone I sent 3 times one in March right before the shutdown, then in June and the last one in September. Despite the pandemic, all boxes was delivered safe and sound with some delays which i already expected. I think the people who works tirelessly to deliver our balikbayan boxes deserves a Big Thank You for all you do....

Couple of our boxes were picked up on Oct. 21st 2018. And the company claimed (and i did asked many time to be sure) that our boxes should arrive before Christmas. They were wrong!, our boxes were so late and there are some christmas gift and giveaway for New Year that can no longer be use because the company said that the cargo/container will arrive in Manila on Dec. 31st and still has to go through Custom... This will be the first and the last time will use this Company, Yes! We’re very Disappointed!!!.
