Great customer service. With dates changing often on a big remodel and wanting to make sure we stayed in our budget and had storage for EXACTLY as long as we needed and not paying any more for extra days, Go Mini was great and so flexible. We called and had a container dropped off on site in two days, and then was picked up the day after we called to say we were done. Good, competitive pricing, and awesome to be able to get on the phone and talk to a real person who is based locally. Recommend

We ended up having to rent two of these, and had difficult locations for the pods. Mike and Lori had amazing customer service. Always super helpful and responsive. Jack did a great job of maneuvering the boxes on and off the truck. I would them again in a heartbeat (though I hope never to move again!). 🙂

Go minis of the bay area was the easiest part of our complex move! Their customer service was absolutely top notch, and their patience and professionalism with our ever-changing schedule, was really above and beyond! Most importantly, they kept our belongings safe and secure! We have moved several times, and they were absolutely the best!

I called and got quotes from every single container moving/storage company I could find. Go Mini's had the best price by a long shot. There was no hidden fees, the price they said was the price I paid.

They dropped of the container right on time. It looked brand new and was built very well. Once I was done loading it, they picked it up and dropped it at my new house without me even being there.

The rental of the container was for 30 days, but i was gonna go over the 30 days, so I called them and they gave 2 extra days for no charge.

It was wonderful experience and will never use another company for moving or storage needs. Highly recommend.

I have never experienced such an easy move! Everyone was so kind and organized. The driver Jack was extremely helpful when asked to assist moving equipment for my grandmother. Although they are not required to move belongings, he went out of his way to create the best experience for us. Thanks Go Mini`s, I highly recommend them on your next move.

I have never use any portable storage before and this was the first time because we need to remove our belongings so that we can remodel our home. I'm glad to find Go Mini's. I compared prices with PODs and Go Mini's definitely is slightly less but most importantly, it has more sizes to choose from. However, it is their service that I'm impressed with. It started with Lorie Viera, who I feel is the right person to seal the deal with her great service and knowledge. However, when the 16 footer was delivered to me, I discovered that it was hot and there were no vents as mentioned during my call with Lorie so I called to inquire about the storage bin but end up getting Mike, one of the owner but he didn't mention that he was the owner at the time. He patiently listened to the issue and apologize that his team had sent me one that I was not happy. So he sent me a 20 ft storage bin with vents without extra charge and Jack, the driver transfer all the boxes over to the new bin. Jack did a fabulous job stacking my boxes in the new bin. Overall, I called Go Mini's several times to set up time to remove the bin or bring it back to the property and every time, the service was great. The cost was $75 + tax with each delivery. I'm extremely happy with the service and the quality of the storage bin. Even with high temperatures in July & August, nothing was damaged. Thank you to Mike Wellman, Lorie, Jake and Mike (drivers) for the wonderful services you have provided during a very stressful time in my life with the remodeling of the house and preparation of the move. I can't thank you enough and to remind you to continue to maintain your excellent service and hope you will expand to more places in SoCal. Will definitely refer you to those in the bay area!
