I would give them ZERO stars if I could. I have been dealing with GLS for a week trying to get my package delivered. The company I ordered from has always used them and I have not had an issue. This time there have been nothing but problems. From completely false delivery attempts to flat out lies about why my package was not delivered. For the last 3 days it has shown scanned at the depot and never assigned to a driver. Every time I have called they have told me the same. It's a priority and we will get it out today then its tomorrow. I still don't have my package. This is a ridiculous problem to have for a business. I can say the interaction with those I spoke to were nice but not helpful in the slightest. If I had a choice it would not be GLS

Had no idea who GLS was and decided to research as a possible cost effective solution to our current pricey carriers. The reviews are really bad, no really bad so I won't be exploring this further for our company. Reliability is non-negotiable.
HOWEVER, we had a delayed delivery of original legal documents from 4/11 that just arrived 4/23. A look at the airbill dated 4/22 tells me delivery company GLS was not the problem, it was in fact the title company who lied about when they were shipped.

Worst delivery company on the planet stay as far away from as possible. They lose my packages on a regular basis. Then when I file a claim, it's like working with an elementary school dropout. "Don't worry, we'll be still get it delivered.It looks like it's out for delivery." When tracking will show its been missing for weeks. This is a regular occurrence. No customer service, and there's a 50/50 chance your package will get delivered.

My delivery was scheduled for a Monday. This company tried to deliver it on a Friday when nobody was there. And then turns around and rescheduled my delivery for Tuesday. The day the material is needed. This company is a joke. And they will apologize and tell you they’ll get it done and nothing ever happens zero communication from this company.

Every time that I’ve called a manager is always in a meeting now you guys are returning my shipment to the sender because you informed me three delivery temps have already been made. I have requested that you make an appointment for Delivery. Your company continuously ignores me every time I have requested a manager to call me back. This is not been fulfilled. This company is a joke.

Most dysfunctional company ever. Paid for 2-day shipping and 11 days later it still hasn't arrived. I have called 4 times and been lied to all 4 times...proven by their own tracking system that I was viewing. My package must be delivered tomorrow morning or I am going to raise hell to all ends with the shipper, which I imagine is a very large GLS client.

Driver delivered late. The package was picked up at 8:00am. Was supposed to be delivered in the afternoon. I had to call the business to see if it was going to be delivered because I wouldn't be home the next day. After I contacted the product company, the package was delivered within 10 minutes. The guy was screaming when he came to my door.. all the way from his van to my door and back to the van. I will be letting the company know. Never use this company.

The company i purchase tequila from ,Old Town Tequila in San Diego, uses GLS . I always have to sign for the delivery of alcohol and it always seems to be an issue of making sure I'm home.....
I stopped by the GLS facility in Phoenix to ask if they could hold the delivery for pick up for me. The depot manager in Phoenix ,Danny Martinez ,offered to personally drive the 2 items to my house after work and make it easier for me to sign. He said he lived near me and would be happy to do that.....
He did just that...called me 30 minutes before he got to my house and personally delivered the items to me and I signed for them.....it was so awesome for Danny to do that. Thank you GLS your lucky to have such a great depot manager.

What is with this shipping company. Every other carrier including the big ones can find my address but these guys cannot. The tracking says that it was out for delivery and then it states not delivered, incorrect address but still keep trying to deliver for 4 days. Had to call and schedule a pickup and still not sure if I can yet. I even set up a number to have the driver call me to make sure he is in the correct place. No call. Customer service is not the best.
