Yo mandé 2 cajas y una de eyas iban 2 celulares y resulta q se perdieron xq en la caja no yegaron los teléfonos y cuando yame para reclamar solo me icieron una rebaja de 50 dólares y los teléfonos estaban balorados en más de mil dólares no se q paso ahí y ahuno si mandé otra caja q está en espera q la entreguen a mi hemana bamos aber q pasa

Tenía años usando esta agencia pero mi última caja sacaron un celular y me mandaron fotos de la caja como la entregaron a mi familiar y parecía pelota nada de una caja cuadrada y según la encargada de quejas Yesenia Diaz dice que la caja estaba en perfectas condiciones ‍♀️.tengo foto de como mande la caja y nada que ver a como la entregaron, si se arriesgan amandar caja con esta agencia tomen video de todo lo q mandan y que su familiar también tome video al abrir la caja, porq esta agencia de nada se responsabiliza. No se confíen xq tienen tiempo mandando con ellos porq hoy me paso la mala experiencia .

Estoy muy contenta porq hoy despues de 2 meses y 1 semana mi encomienda llego sana y salva a mi pais, siento q espere mucho y me preocupe al ver las opiniones anteriores ya q uno manda encomiendas con mucho esfuerzo para q otro venga rompa la caja y les saque cosas, pero gracias a Dios hoy llego, hay q tener paciencia mas vale tarde q nunca. Gracias ya son dos veces con esta compañía q hago encomienda...

No mandenen paqueteria con este negocio, Mande un paquete para Mexico, me lo abrieron el paquete llego pero tardo dos meses en llegar. Le puse aseguranza, por que Ellos me dijeron que asi cubria el paquete. Cuando ise el reclamo. Tuve q esperar dos semanas, para q solo me dijeran, que no se iban aser responsables por que el paquete llego. Que lastima que por sólo robarse una herramienta de $50 dólares del paquete agarren esta fama, y pierdan clientes.tubieron el descaro de decir que si queria aser negocio con ellos otra ves, que tal ves esta ves no iva a pasar. Pero no me iban a cubrir el precio de lo que se avían robado. No les recomendaría este lugar a ninguna persona. Esta fue mi experiencia
