I had a situation where a part I wanted to purchase was delivered without my final approval on delivery costs. I couldn't be any more happier with this machine. It does an awesome job at what I need it to do. The sales guy Jeff is a good guy! he took care of us in founding the right product that we needed, ordered this for us and we had it right away. Since we purchased it we've put it to work. Overall great machine, great service, great sales. Definitely will come back in the future.

Jacob from the East Peoria location was excellent in equipment knowledge and abilities. He listened to the uses I needed and wanted and gave amazing advice on my purchase! I only had 12 hrs on my machine so far but it has done everything I have asked of it so far and I expect I will be nothing but impressed by it in the future work I do. Highly recommend both Jacob and Kubota for any sub compact tractors especially the BX23S!!

Disappointed.... First tried calling never answered phone.
Walked in to get new blades and belt for my Hustler mower purchased there. Asked for parts the punk kid very rudely said no part longer a dealer. Asked if they can side the belt and blades with something else. I got a nope auto parts store. I dealt with equipment deals for part in the past. I never ever gotten treated like that. Most dealerships would work with you. Well German Bless you lost a customer that's for sure. Anyone read think before you buy there...

Attempted to purchase a mower mulching kit through here. Was given a definitive price upon the initial phone call. Once I made my decision to move forward with the purchase, I was told it was going to be $20+ more, because supposedly I wasn't given the price including tax and shipping. Fine, whatever, I still needed the part. I was then called back the next day being told actually that's not the right price either, it's even more expensive. Mistakes happen but this felt like a business trying to scam its customers. Would NOT recommend doing business here.

I'M PUTTING IN A RATING RATHER LATE AS I DID NOT START DOING THIS TILL ABOUT A YEAR AGO REGULARLY. THIS STORE IS THE BEST PLACE I HAVE EVER BOUGHT STIHL PRODUCTS.
