Be very careful with this place , they hire weird dudes for the shipping office . These 2 "dudes" will email your manager complaining about drivers being "rude." One day, one driver will get fired for this made-up complaints and they will regret it.

All reviews in regards to how agonizingly slow the shipping office is are spot on. This is absolutely ridiculous checking in and out. This is why we truckers get upset. I know there are valid reasons for everything and all, but c’mon man do better. And if you have an appointment, do not arrive at the gate more than 30 min early. There is overnight street parking all around the area and vicinity. You can Uber out and or order food via delivery apps.

Super rude not helpful they see you standing in front you greet them and no acknowledgement. Be glad you have a job. If you’re miserable keep it to yourself it’s both ladies in the front office. No matter how nice you are to them they seem to be rude and unpleasant back to you. When you have no more job to be at let’s see how you get treated yourself!!! This make me upset because how can you be rude to somebody who you just met for the first time!!!

Employees in the office are not attentive to the drivers. I don't understand why they never have their paperwork ready . Quite a few drivers complain saying they have to wait 2 to 4 hours.

Forklift guys is very friendly and polite, BUT two ladys in shipping office extremly slow, confused and not to much intrested for job.
One of them have plastics 3inch nails and very sad is looking how do paperwork with that nails.

Dock workers are legit. Loading time is quick, but man the office is slow. Like turtle slow.
