I had an extremely frustrating experience with this company. We transported their cargo and delivered it on time, yet they continue to accuse my driver of potentially taking boxes. The shipment was loaded incompletely, and despite numerous calls to the company, their customer service is both rude and unhelpful. They seem indifferent to the issues and have no regard for their clients' concerns. My driver is honest, and it’s disheartening to be accused without any evidence. I would strongly advise against using this company based on my experience. Their lack of professionalism and courtesy is alarming. I’m deeply disappointed with how this situation was handled and feel compelled to share my negative experience to warn others.

we booked a load with on 04/25/23 from PA to NJ pu on 26 8:30 am for delivery same day at 13:00 when we got at the delivery place the receiver said that we need a new delivery appointment because they was full I explained to the broker that we will take it back to the yard beacuse they didnt have any appointments set, they set me a new delivery fo 05-01-23 at 4:00 they paid me 2 days of layover and i charge 300 dollars for re delivery the load and they layed about my company with a unfair report beacause they didn't want to pay the $300 dollars they reported my company saying
held load hostage, in - transit agrement modification, repeated pickup or delivery service failures, fraudulent activity, unethical or deceptive business practices because we was charging 300 dollars

I thought I was the the only one that got lied to about appointment for delivery. But after reading other reviews I see that this is how they operate. Booked load on to with promise to get AM delivery on. When truck got to receiver we found out that broker forgot to request appointment for us so we got evening delivery. Because we always pre book we had to cancel $5800 load. Broker Jared Scantling never return calls or emails. Stay away unless you must book with them, not even than..

It is bad enough to have to haul freight at todays low prices and after that they want to charge the carrier 25 dollars to pay the lumper bill. That was the first time any broker has requested that I pay a fee in order to get their freight unloaded. Want haul for those people again.

Can not begin to express my disappointment with the people that work here . Brad Graham is the person that begins to give brokers a bad name. Instead of finding a solution together with highboost corp and me. He wrote an email.---" you need to get creative. They accept deliveries there daily. We will not be delivering to a warehouse." Told me to get creative and basically ignore federal road laws and wanted to send a semi truck across restricted bridge. So we highboost worked together with state police and the county jail we were delivering to make arrangements and get an escort. The main bridge to get to the receiver was out and we were stuck and i asked Brad to help to figure this out and he said get creative. Forget about any compensation , layovers for my team escort fees anything . DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. Here in Chicago ill make sure all my friends who have trucks do not use him.
