This place is garbage!!
1. They don’t update the tracking information.
2. You will have your items stolen.

Our box was opened and re-taped with different color tape.. (so obvious the box was opened.) My sister in law sent us a photo of the box when she opened it, and it was not as full as we packed it. We asked if for certain items and it wasn’t in the box.
I DO NOT recommend this company.

Envíe un paquete a México hace dos semanas aproximadamente sellado con cinta gris alrededor de toda la caja, el día de hoy se lo entregaron a la tía de mi novio y nos hizo FaceTime ( la caja no tenía ninguna cinta gris solo está envuelta alrededor con platico, queriendo decir que movieron todo a una caja nueva) y mas de la mitad de los artículos como ( bolsas y tenis )no llegaron junto con camisas de hombres sólo llegaron las cosas para mujeres. Muy mal servicio no lo recomiendo son unos ladrones uno compra las cosas con esfuerzo para mandarlos y otra gente solo se le hace fácil agarrarlas como si nada. Esto fue mi experiencia y lo publico para que a otras personas no les pase lo mismo mejor busquen otra paquetería.

I sent a package to Mexico about two weeks ago sealed with gray tape around the entire box, today they delivered it to my boyfriend's aunt and she FaceTimed us (the box didn't have any gray tape it was just wrapped around it with plastic, meaning they moved everything to a new box) and more than half of the items like (bags and tennis shoes) did not arrive along with men's shirts only the things for women arrived. Very bad service I do not recommend it, they are thieves, one buys the things with effort to send them and other people just find it easy to grab them as if nothing. This was my experience and I am publishing it so that other people do not have the same thing happen to them, better to look for another courier service.

Mi número de guía es 49485 sinceramente quiero una respuesta porque se me hace muy injusto lo que pasó nosotros, enviamos las cosas con mucho esfuerzo y vimos por los reviews previos que era un paquetería segura pero nos hemos llevado una gran decepción prácticamente es como si regalamos las cosas a personas desconocidas y lo peor que todas las cosas mas caras se llevaron. El lunes iré a hablar en persona con la agencia sobre esta situación pero si me pueden resolver antes mucho mejor y si es así retiro mi comentario también gracias.
