My appointment was for 9am on 10/31/2024. Arrived around 9am on 10/30/2024. I was told they would unload me, but since I didn't have an appointment, it could be a while because they had to get the ones that had appointments first, which was understandable. Everyone I encountered was very nice and kind. I finally got unloaded around 3pm. Yes, it took all day for them to get to me, but at the end of the day, I did get unloaded a day early, which is always a plus.

So my advice to my fellow truck drivers is that if you arrive a day early, just be prepared to be there for some hours.

All in all, I still had a good experience.

Unorganized for the most part. To check ins to pick up both in shipping/receiving department and the warehouse. Attitudes run rampant here. Strictly appointment only. Call ahead and make sure your broker has everything correct. Otherwise you’ll have to reschedule. No work ins

Showed up 1/1/2 hr early. The staff seemed irritated and kept reminding me of my actual appointment time. My appointment time has now come, gone, and no one has said anything to me. I guess this is my punishment for showing up early. Oddly, they seem to be more accommodating of drivers who show up late!

I arrived at 10:30 am, for a 1300 appointment and was given a door right away. I was loaded by 11:15.

Lady in the office told me to come back at 12 30 because warehouse guys are on the break.

She gave me a dock and told me to check in with warehouse. 3 guys check my peaperwork. Last guy told me that I am late its gonna take at least a couples of hrs .

I was trying to get out of the warehouse one guy told me if I will get out they are not going to load me . Other guy told me to wait by the ramp or waiting room. Its outside!!!! After all it take 1.5 hr. To get me loaded. Not bad.

The person who ordered the load decided to reschedule it by email the day after the load was picked up. Got here on time to be told they didn't want the HAZMAT load for another 5 days! Was told the broker changed their mind after sitting on site for 4 hours. Been sitting in a dock watching everyone else get loaded/unloaded.

Missed my pickup and any chance of making a good paycheck. Thanks a lot.

They are kind of slow, had to go back into the warehouse to figure out why I wasn’t being unloaded after waiting almost 2 hrs even with arriving before appointment time, but the unload took maybe 30 mins
