Had significant problems with a reefer. Initial diagnosis was not adequate spent 9 hrs they thought unit was repaired 01:30 pulled out of gate parked unit cycled to start and failed called mobile Tech took 11 mores to complete the repairs 21 hrs likely should have been 6-8 hrs if properly diagnosed in first place. Nice facility for Drivers and treated very well.

This place is a highway robbery. They terribly upsell service, and you cannot refuse because they are not going to fix the existing problem. We had a bad alternator on a carrier Unit, and instead, they wanted to change the poorly on the compressor, which is in good working condition. Instead of charging the battery, they replaced it.

And job got done in 35 mins
I told the counter guy ur hourly rate is 199$
How am I being charge 1500$ for it
They replace belt and air dryer filter and somehow they said they have to charger me 2hours for each part.
I had no choice I was under a load but find local shops…

They are open until midnight. My outlet pipe broke. I bought spare parts from them, fixed the truck and drove on. I ordered parts over the phone and was served very well and professionally.

100%scammer believe me owner Op there is too long story but there is kingpin problem in my truck I told them they told me no u have problem to fix baring in my truck wat not there they charged me $3000++but still my truck is not good condition looking for another machine he was lugging on me when I told him

If I can give you(-10), even don’t think coming here lazy stuff worst place for delivery , 5 pallets unloaded them for more than two hours. Typical of Volvo Dealer, Junk Trucks, Horrible Dealers across the country!
