disgrace of a broker... 0 stars... they don't pay detention dotn pay layover... just want to use you ... i put them on DNU list... for a little amount of money they just lost a carrier

Contacted DOT about this. Booked a four drop load TX - CA. Rushed to the shipper. Shipper loaded overweight which resulted in two tires blowing out. The driver had to sit one full day to pick up and another full day to fix the weight. I sent many emails/phone calls but I got no response at all. Delivery rescheduled after one day from the original delivery date. My driver lost three full days. I have to pay my driver but got no layover or detention from the broker. Only work with them if you enjoy having your drivers wait around for days without payment. Just read the other reviews as well. Very irresponsible and rude company. Big scam.

Trying to cheat carriers out of detention at shipper, times are printed on BOL by shipper, and they still refusing to pay, do not do business with this broker firm. Stay Away !

It's really sad that someone puts all their time away from home and effort

To just make a living then boom

Life smacks you down with health problems...

Then the company that I thought was

True good and honest (r e Garrison)

Well puts you down even further

On March 7 2024 I was driving north on i65 in Prattville AL

I was not feeling well that day

I ended up almost loosing all my vision

Felt all fuzzy headed and tingly

Well the truck got pulled over and 911 was called I ended up being inmitted

To Prattville AL hospital for a minor stroke

I got in contact with re Garrison to keep you updated

I was released from the hospital a couple days later to find out my truck was towed ok fine I understand that to a point but at that time nobody told me nothing.....

Well then I was told the truck is in Cullman al yard... then I was told that I'm not allowed to drive until I get clearance from the doctor I completely understand

What I don't understand is that y'all left me and my wife stranded in Prattville AL .

I was told to find a ride to Cullman AL

To get my stuff outta my truck

I live in weeki wachee Florida

Think God I had a friend who come all the way from Florida

To pick me up then we went to Cullman yard to get the things out of the truck

Then proceeded home

To find out that I had to wait 45 days to the t to receive my escrow account money

45days later I get a settlement of zeros

I have a bunch of shop stuff that I have no clue what is what

There was NOTHING wrong with that truck

Besides a windshield crack

You left me stranded in Alabama

Y'all didn't have any communication

And I feel as if y'all ripped me off

Of my escrow account

It's very sad here I am down and out

With health problems and then

Automatically I get nothing from y'all

The only thing that I wanted was to be no with a good honest solid Carrier

I went from a recommended carrier for then to a Do Not Load, all due to an incompetent office they have. So sad. Always enjoyed working with them, but they somehow had a policy change that instructed them to treat even the best carriers like common scum.

I booked a load with Garrison a guy named Dave . We agreed on a price I was sent the rate confirmation and after an hour I was called back and was told that load was canceled. Which wasn't true because i seen it again on the DAT load board. Very unprofessional and shady buisness tactics. Will never do business with them again.

Booked a load with Stephanie for a fair price in light of the market. Unfortunately, the reciever was very bad at thier job. Stephanie was very diligent in addressing the situation until it was resolved. If only all brokers performed in this manner, Trucking would be a little easier. Definitely recommend her as a broker. Thank you
