This storage unit place is more expensive than the others in town and doesn't have any kind of good customer service. We have been struggling to find an open unit. My husband has called them all day, updating them on where he was and that he would be there before they closed. When his schedule got delayed, he called them back and said it would be a few minutes before they closed. He asked if they could wait since he was literally on his way and they told him, "We don't wait for anyone." He showed up a few minutes before they closed and they had closed early and were already gone for the day. They lost our business and we won't be looking for a storage unit with them anymore.
