As an LTL driver for Tony's Express its very important to my company and I that are pickups are ready with no issue and a minimal wait time... And they deliver!! I'm here at least once a week with a 15-minute load time. Thank you guys keep up the great work.

Been here many times and it’s always fast and easy to access. However I have felt ignored a time or two by people behind the counter. It may be because of language barrier or simply don’t say hello hi to anyone. Bathroom is available and clean every time I go which is plus for many drivers as most companies simply don’t care.
Anyways I had to give it 5 stars because it’s one of the best places I visited in many years of my driving. Thanks guys

Appointment time is 9:30 am n here at 9:32 filled the form after a wait of 30 minutes I have been told to fill the company details n sit back on chair. We will call you. Sitted there for another 45 minutes n than gentleman behind the counter told to wait in truck they will call me. I got a call at 1:37pm . I told the lady that this load is supposed to deliver tomorrow morning in oregan. She said we don’t care. It’s 2:30. N know m at assigned dock. Let’s see how much time will take . May be another 2 hours.

Check-in and check-out process could definitely use some improvement. Was totally ignored by the woman behind the counter. It was like I didn't even exist, and she even looked right at me, but still said nothing. Hopefully I won't be coming back here anytime soon
