I don't know what the fuss is all about. Just take couple of pictures after loaded and before getting unloaded, and accept tracking and you'll be fine. And no I'm not an company employee but an owner operator. Received the check after 35 days of sending thr paperwork and no deduction were made.

I will never do another load for Freightsaver! I delivered the load on time and they ask me to take photos of the load which I did at the shipper, they also wanted me to take pictures at the receiver which I didn’t so they deducted 100.00. They also deducted another 100.0 for tracking which they didn’t set up. I tried several time to accept tracking throughout my route but the message I kept receiving was there was no load request for tracking. I informed the broker when I arrived at the shipper when I was in route. The next day I gave a follow up with my eta an informed them when I arrived at the shipper. I emailed them asking if there was anything else they needed before I left. I waited 30 min before I left then 1hour and 30 min later they emailed me back saying they needed photos of the delivery. So I went back but the receiver had already shipped the product to another warehouse. They are a sorry, carry at your own risk! Looking for a reason to take money from carriers!!!

Working with FreightSaver team has been a great experience. Loads are secured electronically from their staff we are able to confirm directly from the confirmation email and committ to the load based on agreed dollar amount. Upon delivery of shipments once we submitt all the proper paper work we are able to receive payment almost instantaneosly. We never have to chase them down for payment.

terrible company, delivered in texas month ago

come to find out that even though they seemed satisfied via email and thanked me for a job well done, they are deducting 100 for tracking, 100 for a photo they never asked for

in other words, this company is running a scam. Post loads for 3000 bucks, end up paying out 2500 after their snobby deductions
