Chris Holder and his team provided seamless service for our shipping needs to a national conference in another state. They arrived to pick up our shipment precisely when they said they would. The workers were pleasant and efficient. Chris stayed in contact with us throughout the entire process. I wish we would have known about this service earlier! We'll be using them again in the future - I highly recommend!

NEVER GO THROUGH this place!!!! They will screw you out of shipping and charge your card without talking to you about it. My husband and I are out 800-900$$ for shipping on a motor we got that wasn't what it was supposed to be. We bought a motor through GeneralUsedTruck parts in Pennsylvania, which was a TOTAL NIGHTMARE!!!! It took almost a month for FreightCenter to organize the shipping. Then we found they were having trouble with one of their drivers. It was one thing after another. We sent in a refund on the motor and the shipping, we got the refund through eBay for the motor but not any of the shipping. None of it. It was a scam. NEVER EVER go through this place for shipping. You will get scammed big time!!!

This company is a scam. I $paid $300 extra for delivery to my residence. Got a call prior to delivery that since the truck driver needed to show a drivers license at the gate, they wont deliver. Probably unlicensed drivers at this company. They refuse to refund monies. Not only that prior to actually attempting to deliver they charged me an extra $100 because two of the house numbers in the address were transposed. Considered an address change $400 extra for absolutely nothing. Don't use these scammers

This is a terrible service company with completely incompetent employees who are unable to solve even the most trivial issues. I called them several times to resolve the refund issue, as the transport company refused to pick up the pallets three times, despite the correct dimensions and weight being provided, along with attached photos.

Furthermore, they withheld $260 from us for the fact that the driver from Roadrunner Transportation came three times and refused to pick up the pallets. Even though our supplier repacked them after the first refusal, the reasons for the service failure were unjustified. On top of that, they still withheld additional fees that we do not owe!

What’s even more outrageous is that they refunded us only $380 out of $760, effectively stealing 50% of the amount, even though our cargo was never picked up! Just a worse company!!!

Unethical. At a time when companies offer friendly customer service to retain client loyalty, FreightCenter will penalize you with hidden fees and even declines to refund error shipments even if cancelled immediately after booking. Don’t waste your time, and money, on this shady operation.

NOTE: the response from FrieghtCenter intetionally confuses the issue. The point is that a simple cancelation has a 20% penalty. In other words, even if you cancel your shipment minutes after booking it, they will make 20%.

Charged credit card for weight overage. I have all of documentation of the exact weight of my originally delivery from the manufacturer. But they charged several hundred dollars extra to my credit card saying the package weighed 200 lbs more than my paperwork stated. Our order was sent to us, it was the wrong door so we returned it. I had all of the shipping paperwork from the original delivery. Product weight, shipping package weight everything. They added 200 additional lbs to the weight and charged my credit card. I have proof of the weight of the package but they still would not correct this charge. But…My package did get picked up and delivered to the correct location.
One person was able to pick up this package that they say weighed over 350 lbs. I personally would like to see one man, by himself pick up 350 lbs and lift it into the back of a delivery truck, without a lift! But they insist that was the weight. I ended up paying more for delivery than I paid for the entire product. I could have just kept it.
Update.
For the record, I did reach out to Freight Center 3 times. Once by phone, 2 times by email with all of the documentation from the manufacturer with products specs. I even had them type me a letter on their letter head confirming the package specs. I did receive an automated reply message that someone would be contacting me. But that never happened.

Mr.Holder extension 1086 has been helpful since the very beginning.

I wanted to make sure I did my part to let everyone know that he is the person to deal with when getting you quotes on shipments.
