Working for this company since almost a year now.
With my 8 years previous experience I can proudly say that was the best choice I made.
They are so fair with miles and pay, HR will take care of you when you have a problem, dispatchers are so professional, nice and friendly like most of them.
The trucks are so well maintain they have professional in-house mechanics and professional fleet 24/7 support..
I had a previous experience being company driver, trainer, owner operator and on those hard days am a company driver getting even better money now more than when I was having my own truck.
Honestly and out of experience am totally recommending them for anybody who is searching for a good company to work for..

For the current Drivers I recommend you guys to talk with Natalie from HR she will do whatever needed to solve your problem..

I been working with the company for 3 years and honestly this is a great company to grow up and to have stability.
nothing is perfect in life but as a driver you need to understand what your responsibilities are.
you have to be responsible as grow man. Fernando helps me a lot to resolve any issues I had.
But like I say if you comply with your responsibilities you will not have any problems

Company took me in with only one month of experience and although there might have been some issues at first, the company always took time to hear me out and address the issues. Worst company in trucking business. You will only like this scam company for two reasons; either you’re a new driver who is desperate to get a job or you’re part of the scam team (Most Positive Reviews Are From Their Scammers). Otherwise it’s honestly below ONE STAR. I worked there for four months, all I saw was unreasonable charges and rude/flippant attitude with employees/drivers.

To all those drivers who are spending countless hours behind the wheel, I feel sorry for you; if you are part of this scam team.

I love the comments about this company, it seems like I'm reading a selling announcement lol! everything perfect!
The only good thing about this company is that they take drivers without experience and with a new license, out of there, they don't even care what happens to you, they are going to charge you 100 dollars every month for the ELD as if you were an owner operator, 160 dollars for an "insurance" haha, one more excuse to take your money.
They will make you drive whenever they want because they don't care if it is your home time.
Set a date for the loads on hold, they will put loads on hold for any reason, they will leave the load for months without paying you, until they manage to put another one on hold and so on.
Yes, you will have a new truck, and you better not have a scratch on the bumper, or you will pay 2500 for the truck and 2500 if it is for the trailer.
Ahhhh, last but not least, forget about the deposit you gave, whatever you do they will not return it!
