I've been with this company for 5 years, this company is ran professionally no miscommunication everything they do is upfront. I signed on for a 2 year lease purchase in 2020 and and completed in 2022. Once I completed the lease purchase agreement I received my title without discrepancies or ballon payment. The truck I received did not have any major repairs issues, I kept up with the maintenance but if I was ever in a bind the company never hesitated to assist me and get me back on the road. They always had a good dispatch team but the new dispatch team is the best I’ve experienced in my 5 years at this company. No forced loads and Proper Home time is at your discretion. Over all my expedience in this company is a very good.

This a great company from my experience. DAN is the man! A dispatcher can make or break a driver and this guy is phenomenal. He just always seem to make a way even when the week looks shady. He is definitely a great asset to this company. Everyone here is professional from the top to bottom and if you are in need or just have a breakdown, they come thru every time. But the real x-factor for me is Dan! He really makes life easy doing a LP. Good job Dan and thanks Freight 1 family, I really appreciate you guys and I think I’ve found home for the next several years!

Well I have tried other companies and I can honestly say say hands down this company with the communication and transparency has all them beat . Now especially the dispatcher department lead by Phil very experienced and if you anything about dispatching it’s more than just looking at a load board and pulling loads off . He will see to it that you max out on your earning potential which is very important to all drivers . So if you are a real driver and serious about your money really no other place and team to join.

Nick if that’s even his real name has to be dumb. Every department lies! I’m still owed money as I’m typing this, and had to negotiate for 1000 dollars of MY money. Which was sent to me via “cash app”. Ewwwww NASTY WORK bad company stay away keep your CDL safe!

I wish I could give negative five stars hopefully brokers stop working with them and I’m usually not a negative person SMH

You are not a number here, you are a person. FreightOne group has always treated like family. The dispatchers are knowledgeable and understanding of the industry.

If you are serious about leasing or simply putting in miles this is the place to be. I'm not just saying that. In 2 months I will have 38 years as a driver and I can't think of any other company I would rather be at.

Arrive Logistics and Freight One have been covering loads together since the beginning of 2021, and service couldn't be better! They are always transparent with communication, with great drivers taking care of our loads. From a broker's aspect, I couldn't ask more from them that they don't already do well. worst company ever
they treat people and drivers just like a number, charge you for everything, their trucks are in terrible condition, they break down all the time, you can't even make $400 a week + they charge you for everything
Run away from these amateurs, that's my recommendation
