Called to ask for some clarity on a verification I received for a driver that I’m currently processing. Spoke with Loretta Mroczkowski who initially responded to my request via tenstreet network. Not to get into too many specifics but she was EXTREMELY rude on the call saying things like “it’s ridiculous that I’m asking for more info on a driver who worked there over 5 years ago” to which I responded that I’m sorry for bothering her but the last incident she listed on the verification made my safety department have a few questions and all I’m doing is trying to get more clarity. Here’s the thing, in this industry I understand there’s certain obligations we have to follow to be DOT compliant, and sometimes when you have a request from longer than 3 years ago it may be annoying or frustrating to answer and respond. But it only takes a little bit of human decency to just say “hey it’s been awhile this is all the info I have I’m sorry but I can’t help much further”. I usually don’t feel the need to submit a review because it takes a lot for me to get triggered, but this woman, she was a straight up b and if this is how she typically speaks to people who call for questions I can only imagine how many other might be feeling the same way I am currently. You have a bad day? Don’t take it out on people who are nothing but nice and respectful to you! Do better!

Have worked with Zoro and Brandon in dispatch for over a year now. Very professional, great communication. In the logistics business it's easy to not trust some but they make it easy to trust and know they will get the job done. Highly recommend this company!
