Under no circumstances, trust this company with your shipment. Freight Connection agreed to ship a very important piece of material to my job site which had a project deadline. Numerous calls to this company over the last week have gone completely unanswered. Finally today I was forced to repeatedly call over and over and over again until someone would finally pick up the phone. My employees were hung up on, put on hold for 40 plus minutes, told to call other offices, given the runaround the entire day. The bottom line is I now have a project scheduled for tomorrow night with a 24-hour deadline and 30 employees ready to work and no materials. Completely unprofessional. After numerous angry calls from myself, Krystal, the President of the company, returned my call. She stated, "I know exactly where your materials are and I'm not telling you!" She then hung up on me. I was bewildered by her level of unprofessionalism. I can only be thankful that she does not work for my company. How they manage to stay in business is completely beyond me. Do not, please, do not use this company.

Krystal was so very helpful and thoroughly answered all my questions. I give her 5 stars and if there were more I would have given her more. We need more people in the work force like her. Absolutely nothing negative to say about this great company, been scheduling local and out of state freight TL’s and LTL’s with Krystal for over 10 years now and she has always stayed on top of shipments and kept her promises, definitely the company to reach out to when you need a good rate and reliable service. Krystal can match if not beat just about any other freight rate out there! And that is why Freight Connection deserves 5 stars!👍

Horrible Company. Delivered On time 'IN A SNOW STORM" From California to West VA and Ohio. We were promised same day delivery "quick pay" but its now 19 days later, and the excuses keep rolling in, oh were short staffed, or so sorry i had to dispatch today, then its they will pay you tomorrow, then oh we will pay you friday.. Just lie after lie after lie.. I have receipts, emails and Voice calls. "DO NOT" Haul for this Company. You will regret it.

This people are irresponsible and a joke. Had my drivers for 13 hours at receiver and they don't want to pay for delay nor $350 lumper fee. They refused to sign our contract, refused to pay our services and refuse to give their MC or or company info. They wouldn't answer our phone calls nor emails. The owner even denies being in charge of the company. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES!!!!!

hate this company. i used to do business with them and they used to be nice,respectful and responsible. right now they own me 2 invoices that are over 40 days. i been trying to get a hold of a supervisor or a manger with np luck. the girls picking up the phone cover each others back and leave you on the line for long periods of time or just makes it look like they are very busy. when i asked for a supervisor Krystal told me that company has no owner,manager or supervisor and transfer me to beatriz and she playing dumb and hanged up the phone. when i called back and another lady answered the phone i asked her for her name and she refused to give me her name and just stood quiet on the phone for about 3mins till i hanged the phone. CARRIERS STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A SCAM. ILL TAKE THE NEXT STEP IF I DONT GET AN ANSWER IN THE FOLLOWING DAYS. be aware!!!!!!!!!
