This company made a mistake, then charged me for it, and refused to refund me. I needed a shipping container moved from one location to another. Since the locations were both very remote, I punched in the closest cities that their online order form would allow me to punch in, but I let them know immediately that I would have to give them exact coordinates because there is no street address. I was then given a price, which I agreed to. I then emailed the exact coordinates to the rep, 4 weeks prior to delivery. Less than 24 hours before delivery, the rep told me it was more miles than he realized, so he was going to charge me extra. LESS. THAN. 24. HOURS. He literally had my coordinates the whole time, so why hadn't he looked them up 4 weeks ago? I reached out to two managers because obviously I was just dealing with a bad employee. But no, it turns out it's a bad company. One manager didn’t answer me at all. The second refused to admit his employee had made a mistake, and then refused to escalate my complaint when I requested to speak his superior. Do not work with these people. Fr8Star.com was my original point of contact, and they passed my order on to Fr8Specialist LLC. They make it very confusing to know who you are really dealing with, but do NOT work with either company. Just do what I should have done in the first place: Google “local transportation companies near me” and search within a 2 hour radius. You’ll save yourself hundreds of dollars by cutting out the incompetent, greedy, middle man.

I thought the Service was great until I had to cancel for Legal reasons. Then I get a call to plead my case to get the refund and it was just a call to probe me about the company I'm suing in court who, I didn't know, owns this company. The guy acted like he cared about my child but was just trying to protect his sister company. Was one of the lowest things that I've been subject too. They now have a chance to make it right and I will take the review down. It was such a scumbag move for like $150. Sad.... I would find a shipper that wouldn't lie and do shady things for $150. Not these guys at all.
