We've lived at Waterstone for almost 2 year.s.It's safe, the neighbors are friendly. I often go to the leasing center and everyone is friendly and beautiful. They even have food for the dog. Any trouble in my home can be repaired by the property management, and Mr.Ego is always quick to come to the door to solve the problem. I used to be in charge of Mr.Ego,Mr.Leo and Mr.Lonnie. I often got help from them. They can always help me at the fastest speed. I liked their friendliness very much. We are very comfortable in Water stone.

It was good the first year after that it not that healthy for me it was water problems had mold badly and they had to tear my walls completely down to insulate walls and the floors stayed a hotel for 5 days at sick a lot. Later last year before moving setback ups flooding in bathroom twice damaged run in bedroom DESTORED AREA RUG AND BEDWEAR LINEN IN MY CLOSET AND THE BEBROOM COLLAPSED TWICE EVERYTHING STAED ON THE FLOOR FOR ABOUT 1WEEK FIRST TIME AND 3 WEEKSLATER HAPPEN AGAIN . SO YOU SEE IT WASN'T THE BEST AND WINTER IT WAS LIKE I WAS OUTSIDE SLEEPING.BUT THE TIMING WAS GREAT I FINALLY RECIEVED MY SECTION 8 AND I MOVED OUT TO A BEAUTIFUL PLACE 😍 THANK YOU STILL FOR EXCEPTING WHEN I NEEDED IT. GOD IS 👍

Re: service at Vintage Spanish Springs #462 . I truly appreciate the work done today by Ashley . I had my cabinet doors adjusted, my bedroom door top right sanded and painted. Ashley is an exemplary employee and this company is very fortunate to have her represent the company. Professional, knowledgeable and proficient in any task at hand. Respectful and considerate. I am pleased and grateful to live here. Thank you for letting me share this experience.

FPI Management did a horrible job during their time as the owners of The Meridian in Jacksonville, Florida. I was appalled at the lack of communication from the office regarding maintenance needs or general apartment notifications. There was a period during the winter that my water heater stopped working, and despite constantly contacting the office and the emergency line, it took close to a week to get it replaced. Turns out, the entire thing has rusted over and was overdue for replacement. I had to shower at a friend's place for that week due to having no cold water. Same with my laundry. On top of this, the office managed to lose their key to my apartment 3 times within the first two months of me living at the complex, then attempted to blame me for it. Outside of my own experience, the property was constantly in a poor state, with debris and trash everywhere. The trash valet rarely is on time, which allows for critters to come and help themselves when trash is placed outside. It can take multiple days for anyone to attend to this. I am so thankful they no longer own this property; the new company has already made great strides to improve this the quality of life here as of the writing of this review. This experience has made me confident that I will never rent from any property that is involved with FPI Management, and I strongly encourage anyone doing apartment hunting to take care and do their research before making any commitments.

To take a care about the request take a month to fixing The building Smelling bad the parking lot Always is full Because some tenants have more the one car and switch the parking permit to another car it’s a couple cars parking permanent never move. We give a complain to the manager, but he don’t care about and always The police is here in the building is Borregas courtyard 101 W. Weddell Dr.

Had an issue with my AC and the Stone Creek Village team went above and beyond to get it fixed. They called in the original AC installer company and got it fixed completely and now it works like a charm. The team even brought me a tower cooling fan for me to use over the weekend until the job was completely - that’s classy! Thanks SCV team!

I live at the Trails at Pioneer Meadows in Sparks, NV. I have lived here for almost 13 years. This property is superb in every way. The management is incredible. I can not say enough amazing things about Andrea our Director and her team. Andrea goes above and beyond to provide a true community feel. With the many weekly events to the food trucks that visit the property, to the extremely clean property, it feels like a friendly neighborhood.

Andrea is constantly improving the property with landscaping improvements, remodeling the buildings, and adding security for our safety.

The maintenence staff is awesome as well. They arrive very quickly and are very speedy with repairs and always have a smile and care about you.

I truly feel like I live in a resort and many of the other residents feel the same.

FPI management and Andrea are first rate. I would highly recommend any property that FPI manages and definitely recommend living here at the Trails at Pioneer Meadows.

Sunrise on the green is one of the most beautiful, peaceful place to live in. Their staff members are incredible people, starting with the office manager Joey, he is amazing, understanding and caring. Jonathan always knows how to put a smile on my face. Security guards are polite and help keep our community safe. Anthony is a hard working man, and so polite. He makes sure our community is always clean. Maintenance is always making sure that our needs are met. I’m very happy with the new changes.
