My time working with Whitney has been invaluable to my health and wellness. Whitney is able to customize and adapt to your needs. She walks with a wealth of knowledge, experience and wisdom. I was able to dramatically increase my consumption of herbal remedies to boost my recovery from many years of high stress. Whitney was amazing to work with. She helped heal my body in so many ways. I dealt with chronic stomach issues from the time I was a teenager and she helped heal that in the time working with her. Along with healing my body she helped prepare my body for pregnancy. I was able to conceive so quickly due to the work we did together. Whitney is a true blessing and a very lovely person who cares greatly about women and their health. I reached out to Four Seasons Harmony to help me with my menopausal struggles. Under her care I have learned a lot about herbs and the Ayurvedic approach to healing. My hot flashes are now pretty much nonexistent and my pain levels have decreased tremendously. It’s hard to put into words the impact that working with Whitney has had on me.

I brought my son to see Whitney for infant massage when he was having colic that was interfering with his sleep. I started seeing improvements immediately, and all symptoms completely resolved within a few weeks. There was the huge added benefit of deepening my connection with my baby. Whitney also provided many, many tools to assist my postpartum recovery. Her support, devotion to her work and her clients, and complete presence helped immensely during this crucial time. I am a pretty healthy and active person. However, I was feeling run down and getting sick frequently and was hoping for some guidance. I was referred to Whitney and had a great experience. She helped me find routines that were manageable, herbs and supplements that work best for me and offered advice in all areas of life. While I've done natural remedies and kept a "clean" environment for years, she really helped me understand the how and why behind things. After several months together, I was able to really see and feel a difference and get back to being myself again. It was all very practical and easy to continue to maintain.
