Drivers work very badly, they break the packaging! already several times they took away the cargo and the constantly broken packaging and even break it during loading, while they say that this is how it should be. They do not respond to comments and requests. The manager was rude and disrespectful to comments! We are very dissatisfied with this customer service!

Three times they took the goods, the loading of the goods of the goods is disgusting. Very disrespectful attitude towards the customer's product. When you speak more carefully please, they do not hear you. Terribly upset. ?

Great crew works here! A big shout out to Kristen at the service window. So kind and has a lot of patience!!!!And a shout out to Michael (forklift driver) very polite and a very skillful driver. The was another person at the window and I didn’t get his name! Keep up the good job!

TRUCKS: Have your numbers ready. Count product getting loaded on trailer. Small lot. Pretty sure you cannot park O/N due to size of lot. Also make sure you are on the correct side of the bldg. seems to be a common mistake. Check bills for address really well then use google maps and see pic of bldg.

My delivery was late, I tried to go pick up the delivery myself. Needed it by Memorial Day weekend. Customer service was incompetent and not helpful at all

We order an item from Walmart came in 3 boxes. We received 1 fine. 2nd box was not ours The ladies name was on the top of box and phone number the driver did not check so we called her , She had our box and was trying to return it. We went on the other side of town an picked it up. 3rd We called twice and they head office in Atlanta finally found it in Charleston location sitting there so we had to go pick it up ourself. Charleston location is very poor operation they are not a very good delivery company. I will also let Walmart know. Took 3 weeks to get cleared up. Do not ship anything with this company.

It's tight. Shipping door is the first man door by the gate when you come in the driveway with the truck. They did a nice job. Fairly quick unload.
