Delayed delivery. My box arrived & unloaded at the Valenzuela warehouse on Dec. 17, 2024 but has not reached its destination to this day. Can someone please assist in obtaining the whereabouts of my box? 2 boxes were shipped on the same day but only one was received. I need an answer ASAP. Thank you

Bought six boxes a few years ago, I think they were 7 dollars a box. Used them and got others as needed. Now I'm all thru with sending boxes to Philippines. When I bought the extra boxes they told me when I came in I could either get more boxes or they would take the box value off the shipping. When I asked about it last time with my final shipment they didn't know or understand what I was talking about. Needless to say I took home six boxes that day even though I don't need them. Not happy.

I find it completely unreasonable that my Bulilit box was left behind simply because the container was full, while jumbo boxes were prioritized. We have never experienced this issue with other cargo companies, where smaller boxes are treated as secondary shipments.

I was expecting my small box to be shipped together with the two large ones, as this was not communicated beforehand.

Due to this experience, we will no longer be using your services in the future and would not recommend your company to anyone looking for reliable and timely shipping.

I always send email when a package is missing but that is when forex customer service chooses not to answer emails. If this happens rarely I let it go but it is already too often, twice in the last two months. I think their Portland warehouse personnel are just not around to receive shipments so they get lost.

I’ve had the food fortune of not having any problems with shipments sent via Forex. However, the last shipment sent was picked up on 8/5 and didn’t get to its destination in Manila until the 1st week in Oct. That’s a little over two months. It used to be quicker so not sure what’s changed. Hence, the 4 stars.

I’ve been using Forex for shipping Balikbayan box to PH for a few years now. They pick up the box with no extra charge and very dependable and reliable that your box(s) will arrive on time. You can even track it so you can advise your relatives when to expect the boxes.
