Placed an order and told delivery in 20-30 minutes. After an hour I called the restaurant and learned the driver hadn’t picked it up yet. Did not want cold food so the server said to call and food runners and ask for a refund. Left two messages last night and one today - still no response although their outgoing message says the return calls promptly. Unreliable and impossible to deal with. Even their support email address is fake (undeliverable). Never again! Cost me $31 to learn this lesson.

I have used your service for almost two years now and lately you don’t give any updates about my order after I’ve ordered it. A few times the restaurant never even knew I ordered so I’m constantly now having to call the restaurant to make sure they’ve received it. Honestly if DoorDash delivered from more restaurants in the area I’d use them, never have had an issue. I’d like to support a local business but you’re making it tough to do so

I try and be thoughtful that this is a small town but that being said I can’t even get food runners the call back after an hour of saying there’s a runner at the restaurant and then they went back to finding a runner I’m very confused and definitely won’t use food runners still haven’t received my order and it’s been an hour and 30 mins. So that being said don’t recommend!

Hello and thanks for the delivery! Food was hot and outstandingly delicious!
Order took a very VERY long time !! Too long … longer than any order ! We placed the order at 6:15 pm it wasn’t delivered until 7;52 that is a super long time … one hour and thirty seven minutes! Wow … less than 5 miles! Thought you’d want to know! Thank you called the restaurant… they should make delivery a priority!

Loved having the service available, plenty to complain about but a lot of nice drivers over the years. However, tonight after an hr and forty mins my food shows up. I live ten mins away. The driver had the food for well over an hr, absolutely Unacceptable. Im done, just done.

The delivery man named Jesus was the same driver that delivered to us last week and refused to come to our porch. Today, he did a good job. Food Runners told me that I was given 15% on my next order for the inconvenience , which was today, but I didnt see any discount? Can u please honor that on my today's order please!
