I was visiting America from Australia. I particularly wanted a Roho pressure cushion but was unable to purchase one due to insurance protocols here in the USA. My American sister in law brought me to Folsom medical supply where Bryce immediately recommended 2 cushions which I could use before returning home. He was happy to let me sit on the cushion of choice and remain there for a prolonged period so that I could decide if the cushion was cutting out my discomfort. During the time we enjoyed a conversation concerning shared likenesses of Asian foods.
Thank you sincerely Bryce. You were super efficient and genuinely friendly and engaging. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who wants great service and advice

This store has a variety of useful supplies including wheelchairs, walkers, motorized scooters/carts, compression socks, knee/ankle/back support garments from reputable brands as well as other products. You can also rent wheelchairs from this store. Brice was really helpful and knows the merchandise very well. He will go the extra mile to help you find what you need. Excellent customer service!

Thank you Bryce for your excellent customer service. You are patient, kind and knowledgeable. It’s not often I require the need of a medical supply supply store. However, when I do, it’s nice to have a great local business nearby.

Rented what I thought was a medical grade ice machine when in fact it only runs for a maximum of 30 mins at a time. Paid $183 for a 1 month rental (since you have to purchase the pad for $83). I had a hip replacement and needed constant icing, which was not feasible overnight with this machine. Returned it at 1 week and asked if we would be credited but was told no. If I’d known the low grade of this machine, I would have purchased one instead. Not what I thought I was getting and not satisfied with FMC not providing a credit.

I was in desperate need of a power lift recliner for a family member suffering from cancer. Multiple other locations did not have the item in stock. I contacted Folsom Medical Supply & Gopal told me he had the item in stock. I drove over & Gopal showed me multiple options. He provided a demonstration while he assisted other customers. He showed me how to register for the warranty and then helped me load the chair into my truck. He even gave me a discounted price. This store is operated by an independent business man living the American dream. If you are in need of medical supplies, visit this store.

This place has such a diversity of choices. I have an injured wrist and the doctor-supplied brace was bulky and cumbersome. I needed a better options for typing: check! I needed a neoprene sports version to go in the water: check! Grateful for them today.

Very helpful. Have purchased items from this store in the past. They are always ready to assist in finding what you need. Rented a transport chair recently. It was perfect. Old fashioned store with old fashioned customer service. Am thankful to have this type of business close by for all types of medical supplies that can be hard to find and the great customer service.
