Stopped in for a blind spot mirror. Selection was slim, but I decided on a purchase. Chandler was the parts counter person and my cashier. He was awesome. Friendly, patient, and helpful. Thank you for the positive experience.

Took my 2003 Matrix in because the check engine light came on. Paid the $100+ for the eval. They told me the car needed a new catalytic converter ($2400) and a head gasket ($2000) - and oh by the way can we show you our line of new cars? (Seriously?) Only took me 5 mins and $60 to replace the upstream O2 sensor with one from Autozone. Check engine light went off after a few miles. That was three years and over 10,000 miles ago. Car has been running great ever since.

Usually empty and always have what I need in stock. No break on prices ever, so often I get what I need from a dealer far away and pay shipping (and it’s still less!)

I have been here a few times for oil changes/parts and every single time I have to wait 25-30 minutes before an advisor comes to my car. This is super frustrating when you make an appointment and have to sit in reception until an advisor can speak with you. This process has to be changed/improved. I believe everyone would like to be greeted promptly and service to be done when the appointment starts.

Jim is the friendliest service manager and a proud Marine. Great doing business with him as he has recently changed positions within the Folsom Lake Toyota Repair and Service department. I have experienced my third plus recall visit for my 2022 Tundra. Why? I ask Jim. Problems that need to be taken care of so I have safe travel and lower gas costs. If you have a Tundra check your model for RECALLs and visit Jim and he will explain every step of the process and get you out of the waiting lines and on your way. Customer service great, waiting area excellent but too many RECALLs on this vehicle.

Called to order a part and was quoted $3. Went in the next day to pick up and was told it's $30. Toyota MSPR is $8. Two other Toyota dealership is selling at $6 and $7.5. Not only did they bait and switch; they want to sell it for 275% more than MSRP.
