Visited this store yesterday and had such a great experience. I was helped by Kate who updated my profile after many years with a scan and breakdown of all my needs and considerations for purchasing a running shoe. Very kind, thorough, informative. I was given great options and left actually buying more than I expected just to plan for my future running needs since the store is far and both options were fantastic . I had left a running store earlier that day dissatisfied with the professional help and knowledge and drove 45 min out of my way remembering I had a great experience at a fleet feet store many years ago. So impressed with this store yet again and Kate was wonderful and delightful!

The manager of the summit location was at the Morristown location when we visited . He was awesome! Assessed my daughter, picked out several samples and my daughter found the perfect shoe and inserts for her track season. She has problems with her knees and the manager helped her with a great fit to help manage her knee pain. The shoes look and feel great and she’s ready for the season!

My five stars are entirely because of Sharonda. She was fantastic at customer service, from measuring my feet and walking with their computer, explaining the results, and why she was recommending the size and width I try, which I never would have considered. The shoes I got feel like super comfy pillows on my feet. I could not be more pleased.

Wonderful! Their foot assessment found the perfect foot for my wife to assist with her bunion and plantar fasciitis. We discovered that her feet are different sizes AND she was wearing shoes that were too small. I also got some dank socks at 50% off

Great experience at Fleet Feet Morristown yesterday. I knew exactly what I wanted but needed to try the shoes as it was a new design by HOKA. I told Sharanda what I needed. Within 5 minutes she had retrieved the shoes from storage, I tried them on. They were just what I wanted. Sale complete. Very pleasant experience.

I am running my first and last marathon, honestly completed dread running. I am 25 weeks into training, still hate it. I when to Fleet feet to purchase my marathon shoes since I have about 400miles on the current ones. From the moment I walked into the store staff was helpful, ran foot eval, explained things to me thoroughly. I found a set that really works well. I asked for some advice and they were great. They said just enjoy it, well I hope I do, but I honestly completely dread running. They were a shot in the arm to my morale and I will finish the marathong for sure. I would suggest them to anyone, even one timers like me. People who say they love running....you a lil crazy. But visit Fleet Feet you won't regret. it
