Had to get towed at 3 o'clock on a Friday afternoon. Jose called me and said 20 min. He was there in less. Hooked my car up and took care of it like it was his own. Price was great considering the distance. Jose has a great personality and made my bad day much better. He was kind enough to give me a ride a mile or so down the road so i wouldn't have to walk to work. Upon arrival at the drop off site he put the car in my garage and took the time to allow my all-things-cars-loving 4yr old check out his truck. Jose was the subject of almost every conversation we've had today. Thank you Jose for going well above and beyond. You have my business and anyone else that will listen to me. His professionalism, personality and skills are a credit to 5 Star Towing.

Just had the best experience with these folks! The driver, Jose, was fantastic! He took really good care of our vehicle and paid attention to every detail. The cost was very fair and they were there for us on OUR time. If I had any complaints, I would mention them in this review, but I absolutely don't. Highly recommend Five Star to anyone needing a tow service, especially Jose. Thanks again, my friend!

The wait was manageable for my situation, but if anyone else’s. I couldn’t answer that. But Jose the driver was very kind and quick to load my vehicle. Delivery to the tow location was easy directions followed. Vehicle placed exactly where I asked, unloaded with a firm handshake goodbye and great job. Would recommend using again if needed.

Amazing and fast service from Jose! We needed towing for a car that broke down just arriving to Tucson and next day to move it to the car agency, he was super helpful and arrived just in time both times. We needed assistance in Spanish because my dad doesnt speak the language and they were super helpful and understanding. Jose made my family feel better and light up the mood after the car problem. Thank you so much for the amazing service.

Five Star towing towed my car and bent the inner tie rod, making it impossible to drive safely. They refused to help and said they have no process for managing claims of this sort. They wouldn't give me the owner's contact info or any insurance information. They said all I could do is take them to court. I'd suggest a different, more professional company.
