I got the thanksgiving turkey sub. It was decent. I didn’t get lots of flavor tho. Don’t think I’ll want to try it again.

I walked in and found a family with younger child in front of me in line. The kind lady taking orders invited the kiddo back around the counter so he choose his bag of chips. He was wearing the little firefighter hat and looked like he felt pretty important. The awsome customer service didn't stop with that family. This same lady took my order and then referred me to the FHS app and did so with a positive and friendly attitude. She impressed me with her customer service.
The sammies I order were spot on as ordered and absolutely DELICIOUS. Turkey Bacon Ranch and Firehouse Meatballs were woth the drive from across town for sure!!
GREAT SUBS AND GREAT SERVICE

We've been eating here for a years now. Usually, the bread is soft, the meat is favorable, staff seemed happy to see customers. Today, the bread was hard as a rock, meat had little flavor, they didn't seem too happy to see any of us, and we still paid a lot. We will come back, but there will have to be a major improvement. We ate it, but if we hadn't then our money would have been completely waisted and would still be hungry. My husband spoke to a female worker and she seemed to care less. If it's going to be like this, then we can go elsewhere. It asks below what I recommend. I recommend going to another restaurant

Soooooo much better than Subway- hands down. There is seriously so much meat and filling that you don’t even need to pay extra for more. Plus the sub is so warm (steamed ?), flavorful with their own creative fillings and sauces- they are perfect the way they are. Personally I feel like less is more here when it comes to toppings. Sure everyone loves a supreme time to time but you really get the flavor profiles that compliment the sauces and the delicious bread when you pick just a few toppings, like grilled onions and peppers for example. For a chain this sub place takes the cake all day! I got the New York Steamer which is corned beef and pastrami with a delicious Mayo and Italian dressing. Honestly I’m not a big sandwich eater but I seriously craved one the next day. It is like the dinner sub of subs, where others taste like skimpy hot and cold mix of a salad on bread you have to toast to be warmed. Also, you get a pickle and If getting a soda, the Coke is super cold and fresh tasting. Craving a sub from a chain, please do yourself a favor- go here.
NOTE: they have awesome unique sauces in To go packets like A1, sriracha, Texas Pete, and others.

Call an exterminator!!!

This is my go to spot when I come to hot springs, and today the staff wasn’t super friendly, not horrible but could’ve been more welcoming. And as I was checking out, I saw a roach fall on the counter and the cashier just swatted it to the floor behind her. ?

First off this visit would have been a lot better if they had better Mac n cheese and a lil faster service I waited 20 minutes on my sandwich and only 3 people in the restraunt so take that at what it is. But the pork sandwich with slaw was awesome could have used more sauce I thought but still good Mac and cheese was horrible hot sauce couldn't even fix it ......BTW I paid 18 bux for this.

This is absolutely the worst sandwich place, I ordered here before and the cheese was melted away from the meats where you has no cheese. I spoke with the General Manager and he would not satisfy me in any way. I placed my order which has two meats, cheese, mayo and Deli Mustard. I requested for the cheese be put on after the meats were heated and extra pastrami. I was told the total weight should be 11 oz. by the the General Manager, Look at the pictures, I know my weights and the meats are sliced so thin it's amazing there is no way my $15 sandwich had 11oz. Never Again
