Was having issues with getting app loaded on my android phone and signing up for the rewards program. Cashier was very helpful in getting it loaded and signing me up. Order was accurate except for the zesty garlic hook and ladder, I ordered it without the onions but they put them on it any way. Guess it must have them to be zesty? Order was ready quickly but the restaurant wasn't busy. Have been to this location when they were busy and still got great service quickly.

Stop in for dinner had a free small steamer with my reward points. Medium drink and chips. Wife hook ladder Medium drink with bake lays original was extremely nice. Service was excellent.

I can’t say enough great things about Firehouse! We had a last-minute catering request, needing two trays prepared within an hour to deliver to a grieving family. When I called, the manager, Mia (I believe that was her name), was incredibly kind and understanding. She explained that they typically require 24 hours’ notice for catering but went out of their way to accommodate us given the circumstances. Their willingness to help on such short notice speaks volumes about their exceptional service and compassion. Thank you, Firehouse, for going above and beyond when it truly mattered!

The location is in a great spot, easy access in a busy area. The food tasted very good, the manager was very professional but the team preparing the subs was just a little immature it a food service work area. A little cleaning to the overall work area could be done as well. I would be willing to go there again but not as my first choice.

I absolutely love this Firehouse location!! Always super friendly and my food is always hot and fresh and ready in minutes!! I have no complaints! I recommend it to EVERYONE!! I eat fire 2 to 3 times a week for my lunch!!

Great atmosphere great service. The worst tasting steak sub from the firehouse ever. Fast service hot and fresh just nasty taste. I didn't know you could mess it up
