Compared to Subway this place is a 100% better!!!! Food is fresh and hot. 3 different sub size options. Great sweet tea and lemons or limes available. Has electronic coke machine with contactless mixing options. Great and friendly staff ? for a first try an no disappointment I was a happy customer?

I was greeted quickly and with a smile on everybody's face. The team took care of my three large sub-order quickly. Inside of the restaurant was clean for the most part. I have not had a Firehouse Sub in quite a while so this is going to be a treat!

I was asked by the team member if I wanted to round up my transaction and give the extra change to the local Alabama public safety organizations and I think that is very commendable of the company as a whole.

My son at this place I think they need a better manager he live in Newville goes to work at 11 by 12:45 or 1 he off work due to labor high people want to work and they stopping them from getting hours who can live off there pay and who want to wait in line because they are understaff Firehouse get it together

OMG! How to be transported to an indescribable culinary Nirvana! The Hook and Ladder at THIS Firehouse Sub store is the answer. BUT you must get the Fully Involved version where the wide array of masterfully chosen ingredients are expertly mixed and blended so every bite is an experience of taste, texture, and aroma unlike any other you may have had in your experience. Mine was slightly warmed which enhanced the release of the flavors and aromas. I was just glad I was sitting down when I ate it or I would have surely fainted dead away at the magnitude of the encounter.

I go here regularly, and the people who work there are always incredibly kind, and the food has never once been subpar. An excellent spot if you're craving a good, fast sandwich
