Great service, delicious sandwiches and awesome sweet tea!?Ordered 3 combos, medium sandwich special for $6.99 each! Food delivered to our table quickly, and just as we ordered! Restaurant well stocked and clean, and staff was friendly! I Highly recommend trying out their subs!

This may have been the best experience I’ve ever had at a Firehouse Subs location. My Italian sandwich was great, but the service is what made this such a great experience. The person who took my order was very friendly. She also brought me my food and took my empty tray when I was finished. I will definitely be eating here again the next time I’m in town.

Ordered two subs. Meatball and chicken Parmesan. Both with extra sauce. Both had hardly any sauce and it was crusted to the dry chicken ball. Soda was also flat.

Visited for the first time since moving to Ozark AL.
I wish I would have read the reviews first. I ordered three medium sandwiches to go and waited patiently at a table. A server called my name and handed me a bag. I drove home only to find I was short a sandwich once opened. I know, never trust any fast food place to get it right. Always check before leaving. Yes my bad. I worked in the service industry forty years and worked under the principle "You never get a second chance to make a first impression".
Food Quality: Not up to franchise standards.
Look... I don't know about you all, but I'm running out of local places to eat.
So what did the manager have to say about it? " I'm sorry "

Never get the order right.ive been there multiple times and they have got my order messed up like over five times at least.i just left there today and I get home and my order is messed up again.yall please check y'all order before leaving.dont be like me get home and it's all screwed up

I want everyone to know this! Tristan is the best employee you have. I went there last week, I was so upset, having such a bad Tristan smiled and told me it would be ok, just being so nice! Then my granddaughter and I went there last night. I only had cash with me. My total was $22.45. I had $19 in dollar bills, and I had changed to cover the rest. I was 42 cent short. He told me not to worry about it. He took his phone out and not only covered the .42 but offered my change back. I was so taken back! I told him to please keep it. I was worried his till would be short at the end of the day. When I got my sales receipt he paid $2.45! He didn't even put the change in his till! Please whoever raised him! Thank you for raising such a wonderful person! I told him he was the reason I keep coming back to the Ozark store. Please y'all when you go by, when he is handing you our dinner, let him know how wonderful he is!

Horrible customer service! Came through drive through to be told I had to come inside which was very busy. I was next in line and the drive thru and she made me come inside and I had to wait longer because of this.
