Took almost an hour to receive food, still haven’t received as of this review. Was called and told my food delivery would be late. I asked if this was a restaurant issue or theirs? Because my coworker ordered her food at the exact same time at the exact same restaurant but with door dash and she received hers and ate it before mine even showed up. Was told it was the restaurants fault, but on the voicemail the driver was running late. Not sure what to believe at this point. I fully regret ordering with Fetch Me.

This company regularly cancels orders after orders are placed with no real apologies or offer of compensation. Tonight was the final straw for me. They canceled an order long after I placed it, leaving me without dinner because most other viable options are closed. Mabel, the customer service rep who called to deliver the news of my order cancelation, offered a lousy $5 discount on my next order even though they will make well over $5 if I was to order again.Their service is so unpredictable that I would recommend anyone who wants a guaranteed food delivery should stay far away from this poor excuse of a food delivery company. Just horrible!

Update: No other service was delivering anything but fast food tonight. Against my better judgement and out of hunger desperation, I placed a second order with this company tonight. They canceled that one too after 16 minutes.

Absolutely ridiculous! They received close to $100 in orders from me tonight without delivering even a crumb of food. It's giving shady and unorganized! I refuse to patronize these people again and don't recommend anyone else utilize their services, or lack thereof, either.

Got our food really quickly and the driver even called us to confirm our soecusk instructions upon arrival!

Ordered alcohol and used them for my first time. Everyone was great at communicating but I took a star off because it took around 6 hours for my order to get to me and even with the weather being bad I feel like that is extremely excessive. I kept being told 30 minutes but 30 minutes turned into 4 hours which is extremely frustrating especially since I’m unable to drive but I could just be used to quick delivery in Atlanta. Outside of that, they handled everything even when I had to change my order suddenly.

I ordered from a burger restaurant; the delivery tracking said 30 minutes but then it started to increase, reaching an hour. I called the restaurant, and they told me the delivery driver had picked up the order. I called delivery customer service, and they said they couldn't contact the driver and shouldn't cancel the order. After waiting two hours, they simply said they would cancel the order and do the refund. Horrible experience, and I will never try them again.

Ordered 2 days in advance for Valentines day delivery and driver called day of 30 minutes out saying the product was out. Talked to the store and come to find out they don't even offer that product for delivery and Fetchme doesn't send their orders to the stores in advance. What a waste of time and money.

Great service, app works smoothly, so many options and love that you can even order your groceries through this app. There may be delays sometimes but only on gameday weekends when they definitely are receiving tons of orders all at once and having to deal with loads of traffic. Would recommend for anybody in the auburn area to use.

I was in desperate need of some items to save the life of my pet and could not leave the house. Harrison, the owner, moved heaven and earth to get those items to me in record speed! I. He was wonderful to deal with, very patient and caring. It was wonderful to deal with a human you could explain things to. I can't say enough good about Fe5chMe!?
