I honestly HATE this delievery service. I never leave reviews but I have time today. Fetch has lost 5 of my packages since using them. It’s a constant battle with this company and I HATE that my apartment building makes us use them. I’m going on vacation and my package was delievered Saturday and still it’s no where to be found. HORRIBLE SERVICE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! TERRIBLE TERIBBLE.

Fetch lost my package a week and a half ago, and there has yet to be a resolution. There is no number to call for fetch, the only one you can reach is an automated menu. They dont respond to their text number for assistance , and a bunch of different people will email you instead of one person, so they constantly mix up information and ask for information I have already provided.

I have an email exchange of about 35 emails back and forth with fetch, mostly me repeating information because it seems a new person responds constantly and either can’t read the old emails, or chooses not to. after 35 emails, you would think there would be a resolution.

Fetch is not a service I am impressed with. While it’d a great idea, packages are not always delivered during the delivery slot. And when choosing the delivery that requires signature, 95% of the time the delivery person will forge your signature and drop the package at the door. Fetch is a service meant to prevent packages from getting stolen from your doorstep. What help is it if your delivery person forges your signature?

I hope fetch will resolve my situation with my missing package soon, as this experience with their customer has been horrible.

I would not recommend this service. Fetch has “not received” 3 packages that I have evidence and confirmation were delivered. To no surprise, they coincidentally lose packages that are more expensive as well.

Their support team is useless - they only suggest you request a refund with your vendor. Be aware, Amazon knows the address is a third party facility and will not give refunds.

what kind of a package delivery service has a vacation week on one of the busiest/most important weeks of the entire year? I had a time sensitive package that I was waiting on and fetch was on vacation week (it was the last week of thanksgiving, also when many people are ordering gifts). I cant wrap my brain around that. I also had an issue one time with a package and customer service at fetch was of no help at all. Best part of all, its required by my building in order for me to receive any packages... lovely.

Absolutely terrible service, first of all you are forced to pay for this service if your building uses it. The customer support is the worst I’ve ever experienced. I had an experience with a package being stolen from someone in my building. Support recommended I request a signature and on my next order the driver singed for me AND provided no picture. I feel 0 security or trust this company with my packages.

this company is sooo terrible!!!! i’m so sad that my apartment required us to use their service. Each customer is given a code to include at the end of their name on all packages. My code is XJWIRY. My family sent me a $230 surprise gift but didn’t know there was a code to be included at the end. Since there was no code, the workers completely disregarded the package and I had to contact them looking for it. This took about a week and of course by the time they delivered it, it was damaged. I filed a claim for damages and it was denied due to the package not having the stupid code.

THEY STEAL! (SEE PROOF)

My packages have gone missing TWICE now, and I’ve lost HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS because of this company. Beware: Amazon KNOWS this is a third-party facility, so they won’t reimburse you if something goes wrong! The address is registered as a third-party shipping facility, so if your package goes missing, you’re out of luck.

The most recent package I lost was supposedly "undeliverable" because it arrived at 5:58 AM. Fetch's response? Andrea told me it was my "BIG MISTAKE" for having it delivered at that time – as if I control when Amazon delivers packages! Let's be real – NONE of us control that! ( its not even stated in the app or in the terms and conditions the operating hours )

NO security cameras!
NO secure drop-off slot!
NO sign telling drivers not to leave packages!

The patio gate wasn’t even locked, which I verified with Google Street View – it’s normally locked, but they left it open!
I’m shocked at the sheer unprofessionalism and lack of basic security measures.

Your ONLY JOB is to receive packages safely, yet there’s no security in place whatsoever. Why am I paying for a service that’s less secure than leaving my packages at home for free?! at least amazon will reimburse you ! Fetch won't

If you value your belongings, please avoid using Fetch at all costs. I’m out hundreds of dollars, and they take zero accountability.

I absolutely love fetch. It makes sure that my packages arrive at my apartment, without someone stealing my packages. I hardly ever use my regular address, I used fetch address 90% of the time! It's a great idea and I love it!!
