I got a flat tire today & pulled into their parking lot. I went inside, there were 6 male employees & I asked for help putting my spare tire on & one of them replied, “is anyone a mechanic? “, and then proceeded to tell me to call someone else for help. As a nurse, I just can’t imagine not helping someone. I wanted to write this review, not as a customer, but as a reference to the character of the people working here if one day y need customer service, I’d imagine they would have zero motivation to help you.

Jason is an amazing employee. I had several issues with many trips to the store and phone calls (he even used his personal iPhone to FaceTime me to see the problems that I had). He spent much time with me to ensure that I had the correct parts and giving valuable advise. Thanks so much.

I walked in today and was not greeted. Two people were standing at the counter and finally I spoke and he looked briefly and said they didn’t have the piece I needed. I guess he would know but I really didn’t feel any effort at all on his part. He almost seemed like he didn’t even want to assist me. I won’t be back!

I went in today to ask about purchasing a couple shower handles. The associate was rude. He asked me what the manufacturer was. I told him i did not know and I think I need universal shower handles. He said they had nothing like that available for me. I can't believe Lowes and Home Depot have a better selection and service than a company that specializes in Plumbing. If that employee worked for me he would be fired instantly for treating a customer that way. I wont refer anyone to this location ever.

Very accomdating and helpful in item I was searching for despite not really being open for business. I needed to see a shower unit and they are only open for curbside service. The nice Rep still helped me and I greatly appreciated it.

I was driving down highway 50 and a plumber's supply company truck ran a red light and almost caused an accident. If that's how they drive then I will never let them in my house to fix anything.
