Thanks to the employees at this location. They helped me out today. They were very professional and helpful at the same time. It’s always a pleasure to ship important documents with FedEx because they always arrive beforehand or exactly the time they said!!!! Thanks again

Don’t expect your package on time. It won’t happen. Add at least 3-7 days to delivery time. Their excuse is people aren’t showing up and they are pulling from different locations to help since the contractors are just not showing or the newest one is there are overwhelmed with the amount of packages being delivered. Packages are just being left on the trailer for days. I wish businesses would stop using it for this area. There is really no point as nothing is actually delivered in a timely manner. Oh and they come flying down the road always on their phones. Someday they are going to hurt a kid who riding their bike in the neighborhood which will make the packages delivered even later.

I am not sure which employee comes to the apartment complex but he isn’t very considerate. I gave instructions on how I would like my package delivered and everytime he does the opposite. Our secretary at the office even tells him to bring our large items to our floor and never does. I encourage the FedEx team to please be considerate and concerned when directions are given. I am very good with understanding, but he informs out Secretary up front that it hurts to bring up our packages. But this is what our shipping &hanfling pays for.

Lost my package guy showed up and went out to get my package but the FedEx driver tells me he can't find my package well somebody had to scan it right that morning when it said arrived at Dothan FedEx facility then it said out for delivery somebody had to scan that right. well maybe the next day but no tracking still says same thing out for delivery that been 5 days ago.wish I could give 0 stars

when the Fedex person drops your packages off at the road where anyone can come along and get it really says alot about this company and whom they hire . I had a 300.00 item left at the road & was out of town~ I called my neighbor to go grab it and she happened to be home .. this is a sorry person to do this . I called the company nothing was done ~ then today another package was left by a tree down my driveway .

They’re so stupid!!! First time I ordered three TVs, only one was delivered when she had the others on the truck, she said they weren’t ours, well I never have seen those, so reordered and she leaves the damn TVs buy the road!!! Real smart!!!

This office is awful. My packages are consistently delivered to the wrong address or late when I actually do get them. I honestly check how companies ship before I make purchases and if I can avoid FedEx, I do it because of this office. If I don’t have the option for another carrier, I hold my breath because I may never get my delivery at all.

I went to Return my straight talk phone to FedEx, I have no box for it. She was gonna ship it with no box, no protection. I had a small box in my car I said can we use this. I asked if she was going to wrap it up and protect it . She said no, unless you wanna buy something. I said yes I do wanna protect my phone I'm shipping back. I don't want it damaged. I got bubble wrap and had to wrap phone and put in box myself. Sorriest customer service I have ever had!!
