I’ve done my best to not order from retailers that contract with FedEx for shipping, and I think the attached photos suggest why. The customer service with the item manufacturer and the retailer have been outstanding, but FedEx has once again completely missed the mark. The pictures show exactly how the box arrived, and as to be expected, pieces were missing from the box. I am also still missing part of this shipment, and the best that I get from the FedEx customer service rep (that I can barely understand) is that an escalation will be filed. When asked to speak to a supervisor, the response was “ohhh they are not taking calls.”

Delivered my sensitive package by throwing it from her waist. Super light package and she hid it between two vehicles instead of delivering the package to the front door.

I don’t know how FedEx is still in business. I’m not exaggerating when I say that I have never had a package delivered from them arrive on the day it was scheduled.

Even paid extra for overnight for it not to be delivered. Their response was “not guaranteed “. Then why does it cost so much for overnight delivery if it’s not guaranteed.

Supposed to have had a delivery today, so I scheduled an appointment for tomorrow. Not trusting them I decided to track delivery and lo and behold it’s been rescheduled until tomorrow.

I tracked it all day and at 7:00 pm they decide to update tracking. Too late to cancel appointment for tomorrow.

UPS is definitely the way to go.

My fiancé was waiting for a package from FedEx for a week. I also was expecting something but I only ordered it a day or so ago. His showed up when mine did. They hold them until they have more for the area? Now he is waiting for my Christmas present which was supposed to be here yesterday. On the truck it said. And nothing. Also said for today , Sunday, on the truck. Well I turned off my outside light since it is almost 9 pm. I might just get it on Christmas, next year, at this rate.

If I could leave 0 stars I would, they have been holding my package hostage for 2 weeks, everyday it says it is out for delivery, everyday it goes back to the hub. We had an awesome driver this Summer, I am not sure what happened to him. Who ever is in charge of the logistics at that hub has got to be trying to fake it till they make it. They are failing terribly, they do not understand alternating routes when they are short staffed. I'm sure they make enough money to get a clue. I'm so beyond aggravated with the response that I have gotten. All of the items I have ordered have nearly doubled in price and I'm being told to cancel the order and reorder, but the company will not price match. So I should have to pay for someone not knowing how to do their job?

Have sign on where to leave packages and fed ex is the ONLY company that leaves package on the road! Filed a complaint for driver destroying this sign and all of a sudden they put a delivery exception on all of our packages and held our packages hostage and refused to deliver to us for a month and a half until I filed 3 complaints and escalated it to the point we was going to get a lawyer! Turns out someone in that office in Ocala is doing something totally illegal by locking you out of your delivery manager and placing people on vacation, creating a constant delivery exception! TERMINAL MANAGER NEEDS TO BE FIRED!!! FED EX CAN NOT HOLD YOUR PACKAGES HOSTAGE WITHOUT GIVING YOU AN ALTERNATIVE METHOD TO GET YOUR FREIGHT! TOTALLY ILLEGAL AND UNACCEPTABLE. FEDEX SMALL PACKAGE DELIVERY IN OCALA FLORIDA IS THE WORST INCOMPETENT COMPANY EVER!

Ordered item online. Fed Ex received order in Ocala on 1/14/2025. Tracking stated out for delivery 3 times. 1st attempt result: Business no longer at address. 2nd attempt: Business closed. 3rd attempt: Oops! Sorry! We could not be bothered to show up. In all 3 attempts: The business is located at the provided address which I the business owner either waited at my office until 8 pm or had staff waiting for delivery. No Fed Ex truck ever entered our facility. Epic Fail Fed Ex.

My package tracking said it was delivered so I walked outside and looked everywhere for it and couldn't find it. Contacted them immediately and the next day it was out for delivery again but again wasn't delivered. I got a notification that it will be delivered 11/2 when today is 11/30 and it was supposed to be here 11/29. This is absolutely ridiculous. Now there are duplicate tracking numbers because they lied saying the first time it was delivered but it wasn't. I reported it immediately after it said it was delivered but it was not. So they had to open a new ticket with the same information and tracking number to attempt to deliver again in two days. Why will it take two days? It's already come from Ocala twice and never got delivered. This is getting ridiculous. I will never order anything that uses FedEx for delivery if this isn't straightened out soon and they give me my package I already paid for. Unbelievable. Never had this problem with anyone except FedEx.
