Recently shipped my bike from Chicago (Tinley Park) to Tampa, Florida. Everything was just first rate. The bike was delivered on time and in perfect condition. Very happy with the overall experience. From Booking to getting it delivered, the process was smooth and customer centric. They used CRST for the actual pickup and they only did pickups on Tuesday in my area so had to wait 1 extra week. Apart from that, everything went well. The bike was picked up from MA and delivered to OH in 3 days. No damage during the transport.

Judy, Brittany, Erik, and the entire loading crew did a great job getting my bike home safely from Coast to Coast. Great communication and the ability to track the shipment made the transport seamless. When others quoted weeks to months for similar prices, they got it here from the west coast to the east coast in one week. Most importantly their specialized bike pallet ensured everything arrived safe and without damage. Highly recommend and would use again.

I had an excellent experience with Federal. They apparently only pick up on certain days where my seller was located which made his scheduling a day off to have them load the bike very easy. Other haulers give you a 2-3 day window which is tough if you don't have a flexible schedule.
The trip from CA to IN took only a week. Maybe I got lucky but maybe not. Their tracking shows progress between their hubs. It is not GPS precise but you do know how it is progressing fairly often.
Scheduling the delivery was also great. I got a call with two day's notice when it would be in town. Then I got a call from the driver that morning with an approximate time and we coordinated the exact drop off point. And the driver was fantastic. He knew bikes, and had a lot of experience hauling them so he knew exactly what he was doing. The bike was strapped to a fabricated skid with good hard points. The straps were properly located and didn't scratch anything. I was really pleased to see this.
I paid a little bit more for Federal but because of the structure of how they pick up and deliver, I was happy to pay more. I got excellent communication, predictability, reliability, and great service for those few extra dollars. I would not hesitate to recommend Federal to anyone.

I purchased a motorcycle on a government auction website. This was my first time shipping a bike. Judy is great. I’m sure they are busy but I felt like her only customer. I had the bike shipped to a transfer depot in Nashville. It was very inexpensive. Bike was loaded and strapped securely to a pallet. Delivery paperwork was very thorough. Everything was smooth. They also offer a discount for military and first responders. I will use them again in a heartbeat.
