To my relief, when I called, their owner picked up. Turns out, they offer affordable container drayage services from Long Beach Port. Their drayage rates were fair, so I trusted them to help. My 40ft' HQ container pick up from port was handled reliably and without delay. Additionally, container unloading at their warehouse was fast and organized from what I could see.

What I'm most impressed with is their multi-channel e-commerce fulfillment services. Whether it was DTC orders from our Shopify website or FBM on marketplaces like Amazon, they deliver on their promise of 5-star order fulfillment. Their services are month to month, without subscriptions or contracts. And if I ever have questions - their Co-Founder, Edward - is always there to help by phone.

My small hot sauce business based in Australia is taking its first steps into Amazon US and we hit a snag with some of our labelling not being compliant and were in need of some help from a 3PL over there. One of the reps at FBAZoom called me up and chatted with me about what was needed. Even though our inventory was on the east coast and they were based on the west coast, he went out of his way to help out and gave me a couple of links to sites that had a plethora of 3PLs who had the services we needed that I wouldn’t have found otherwise. What a racket requiring printed label to return an item. The few items I’ve returned I was able to get a scanning bar… not any more Either a $1 to have it emailed or $3 if Ups prints….
Going to Office Depot.15 cents. How many millions are UOS/Amazon making on this … I’ll think twice about ordering now

I've been working with FBA zoom for about a year and they have far exceeded my expectations for a warehouse.
