I took my mom to find a couch in Ozark, AL. So many to choose from but the Assistant Manager quickly showed her affordable options and sale items. Delivery was quick and she was very happy with her purchase. Thank you for doing such a great job and treating mom with respect.

My family and I walked into this store, an older heavy set white lady with dark hair approached us as a retail associate. She did not have any answers to any of questions we had about the furniture, she was short and argumentative in what she did say. She then disappeared without saying anything. We had to call the store three times in order to tell them we were still in need of help in the front of the store. The same bitter women from before came out of the back office where she was with all the other associates so we left. I am very disappointed in this experience we will not be returning.
